Nice video! It's facinating to see the massive growth of O'Hare over the past decades!

I'm looking at this waiting to see O'Hare's current form while forgetting I just left Chicago on Saturday and have connected through there at this point about 65 times at least

Man you’ve done your research and it’s spot on.
As a Chicagoan myself I fly in and out of O’Hare a lot. I’ve been a frequent flyer for United for a long time and it’s crazy to believe on how the airport became so popular.
I believe that O’Hare now has 8 runways and 4 terminals.
So here’s the twist. Southwest and Frontier share with the international airlines at Terminal 5.
United still has Terminal 1 with United Express ANA and Lufthansa
Terminal 2 has United Express mostly with Delta and Air Canada
Terminal 3 is mostly for American plus American Eagle and Spirit
    Back in the early years O’Hare did have Runways 14 L and 32 R plus 14 R and 32 L but they’ve discontinued them both. But the runways they’ve still had that are still going are 9 R 27 L 9 L 27 R 4 L 22 R 4 R 22 L 28 L 10 R 28 R 10 L 28 C 10 C and their newest runway 9 C and 27 C.
Plus they even updated the O’Hare transit system and updated their Metra train station. Of course with the CTA blue line that goes to the basement of the airport has brought passengers from the city so they don’t have to drive in and out. Pretty impressive I must say.
O’Hare is really starting to make more room on adding on another new terminal I hope that can be a terminal 4. The other thing they’re trying to expand is the Elgin O’Hare expressway. They got I 90 I 190 route 390 and now I’m hearing they’re planning on 490. We’ll see what happens.
    Great project man.

Doesn't O'Hare rotate their runways to shift the noise or something?

It depends on the wind that's why they change runways and flight paths. Some days inbound flights will land from the east and some days vice versa with flights landing from the west. Some days they can change the flight paths during the day
