I made these last year and failed to thank you for your post. I made them, they disappeared, I made more. Sane thing happened. Made more. 4 times! This is now the favorite cookie for several family members. They made a mess eating them because the powdered sugar would land all over the table or wherever so I started making slightly smaller ones that can just be popped into mouths without needing to bite into them and there was little to no mess! It's as easy as you told us it was and they are so very delicious. Toasting the pecans make a huge difference so do not skip popping them in the oven before adding them bexause Inside the cookie they are crispy crunchy fresh and have more flavor than f you use them and straight out if the bag. Love this recipe,!
Made these yesterday for my friend who has celiac disease so I used almond flour in place of the all purpose flour and I only had walnuts so I toasted them and chopped fine. She came for dinner tonight and absolutely loved them. She said she thinks it's her favorite cookie now. I sent her home with a tin of them. I can't remember the first time I saw this video, but I have been making them ever since. Thank you Jenny. 🙏
My 8 yo dd is a celiac and I was going to try gf flour, but almond flour sounds yummy too. Would you still need the pecans if you used almond flour? I'm not that big on nuts.

Thank you so very much for the recipe! It really means a lot to me. ☺ These cookies are a favorite of mine and I haven't had one in 20 yrs now. Happy Holidays, xoxo, Patty
These are probably my favorite cookie - and this recipe is delish. On the second sugaring, I added a little edible glitter 'disco dust' and, as pretty as they typically are, I find the added sparkle really jazzes these snowballs up!

These are my all time favorite since I was a kid stealing them off the Christmas desert table, this is the perfect recipe the measurements are on point I also add a pinch of salt. I will be making these today for a friend🥰
I have been looking and trying different recipes for snowball cookies, but this is absolutely the best, easy and delicious. Thank you Jenny!
Always a favorite at the holidays. We called them Mexican Wedding Cakes. Homemade are the best.
I made these years ago and am looking forward to making them again.
I loved the cookies and also their disappearing act. Thank you for the laughs :-)
Too cute. Thank you. Merry Christmas 🎄.
Hey Jenny, I make these every Christmas too but I add chopped dates too, I like that mix them with your hands, much better than a mixer, and I always rolled the balls and then chilled them on the cookie sheets, going to do it your way this year, I also make them in chocolate and orange and lemon without pecans as my daughter is allergic to nuts, my kids are all grown now but I make them for them every year, I have also passed down the recipe to all of them. I love your videos, please make more again, I really enjoy your sense of humor. Merry Christmas to you🎅🏼🎅🏼☃☃😇😇
just discovered you in 2017....wish i saw this weeks ago, since Christmas is too close now! By far my favorite cookie, but thought they were alot of work, but you made it look easy. Thank you.
Ne Ne Zilla yeah, me too; this is my family's favorite cookie, but I remember my Grandma using the nut chopper, that c-clamped to the side of the counter, and it all looked so complicated...
