    I lost 150lbs on the KETO diet, and have maintained my weight for 4 years now. I went from 321lbs to 170lbs. I’m 62 years old. Good thing I lost the weight because I required Aortic Valve Replacement Surgery last year. I had Open Heart Surgery. My valve was not damaged by Keto. My valve got damaged at some period in the past by Endocarditis. I’m an unvaccinated, and have not caught COVID as evidenced by 3 Antibodies (not to be confused with antigen) tests in 3 years. My lipid profile got BETTER on the KETO diet. My current lipid profile is: Total Cholesterol = 169, Triglycerides = 42,
    HDL = 64, VLDL = 9, LDL = 96

    I can't take these guys seriously when they're talking about carbs. Do you understand the human body doesn't require outside carb intake. In fact there's no carb in the world that doesn't have a negative effect on the body.

      The only thing dumber than this "podcast" is this comment.
