    Hi Chef Tetsu! I made this tonight for my wife and I. I used mussels instead of clams. Delicious and an easy recipe that I will definitely make again. Your technique for cleaning the clams/mussels was invaluable. Thanks!!! Miss seeing you at Spago when I visit my family in LA!!
