I’m suss on the sausage, it could use direct heat to break down the fat. Or just longer time in the pot
Good point you could do that. Mine turned out good, but I do prefer more color on my sausage. Maybe next time I will just sear in a skillet.
4 sticks of butter?? Bet that sauce is rich
Yes 4 sticks, it’s not one serving for one person it’s for multiple people. Serve in a small ramekin or bowl for dipping.
