Indian democracy is one of the finest example in the world. In the so-called western liberal democracy the sanctity of election is questioned by the political parties and often resorting to violence
democracy stands on secularism and liberalism. India lacks secularism. India is also less liberal compared to the West.

The biggest example of Pakistan’s democratic failure and India’s democratic success are the number of languages in each country. On one hand where Pakistan has 1 language urdu as official language and could not hold on to Bengali, India has 15 official languages from different states. The core of Democracy is to accomodate each and every voice of the country. This is where Pakistan failed and will continue to fail till they keep on suppressing regional cultures. What it fails to understand is that Culture is always superior to religion.
Maximum amendments in Indian constitution were made by Congress including dilution of Article 370 to the extent of irrelevant. BJP only put last nail in the coffin of Article 370 and 35A on 5th August 2019.
So don't cry for BJP.
We just saved ours bro. We re-established the balance that was tilted in the favour of dictatorship. It was looking a far fetched dream, but people of India once again showed how democracy is a self correcting system & is a way to go.

Please be informed that even a few religious organizations too are governed administered by duly elected bodies & their election are conducted by The Election Commission of India, for example SGPC Shrimony Gurudawara Parbhak Committee manages all Historic Gurudawaras & also carry out charity works with money received from the offerings. These charity works include managing charity medical, engineering colleges, good well equipped medical specialized hospitals & other educational , professional Institutes etc. Even local village Panchayat bodies are too elected. But you have Late Baba Jinnah's Pakistan & special democracy better than the UK USA. Thanks.

This is correct analysis of Indian democracy. As a Indian
India brought in various reforms at various stages replacing incumbent elite with a new set of elites. Land reforms virtually made Zamindars irrelevant. Opening up of the market to foreign capital made traditional business houses to pursue more competitive business practices. Probably, this didn't happen in Pakistan.

The reason Pakistanis are so adamantly believe in Pakistani army propaganda against India, and especially about the Indian army in Kashmir, is because that's all they have seen from their army.

Sirs,islam has a very specific well defined structure of governance.
The 1st tenet is that religion/islam and governance are frozen into 1 entity with religion as the controlling authority. Iran comes closest to this model.
Democracy is a greek/western concept not suitable for Islamic societies.
Muslims can become members of RSS, the RSS wing being referred is Muslim Rashtriya Manch which encourages Muslims to join RSS.
As Sanatan Dharm (Hinduism) is pluralistic and Secular (Live and let Live), hence India is secular.
