    thank you for this video :) please do another one! maybe challenge nuts/nut spread, adding a dip/sauce/mayo to each meal, also creamy sauces, pasta, pastries, full fat dairy would probs be challenging but worth eating!

    Hi Demi , Please try Lurpack butter 🧈 as that Irish butter breaks your bread / toast and a top tip is to keep the pack OUT of the fridge for Two hours or so until it's soft enough to spread and it's also on Tescos CLUBCARD atm @£3 Lovely 🥰 and enjoy Xxxx

    Not recovery related but what mascara and brow products do you use? they are always just absolutely faultless !! 😍

      Thankyou so much!! I use the benefit gimme brow tint and the 24hr brow setter for the brows and the mascara is the mac extreme dimension 🫶🏻

    Hey Demi, just wanted to say you're doing great! Also, you can try using a hot water bottle or heat pad to help ease the discomfort of bloating ❤

    Omg same I have been challenging yoghurt for a year now and I got used to it and become not scared but all the sudden I'm scared of it again I know how it feels.
