Fun fact: Ackermens are actually Eldians, but they are are a genetically modified bloodline infused with titan Dna. They are still subjects of Ymir and can access/be in paths just like normal Eldians. Rather than turning into titans, their Dna is already infused with titan Dna which makes them so strong. They also gain all combat experience from past Ackermen through paths when they awaken which is basically their version of a transformation. So basically, their humans with titan shifter strength that are immune to founding titan powers because they are already part-titan

I feel like Ymir just died because of her “will to live” because theoretically she’s a titan shifter and should be able to heal but her will to live was not there as previously said by falco when Reiner wasn’t healing when eren first attacked Marley idk just a theory

The ability to see future memories isn’t a founding titan ability. It’s the ability of the attack titan, for example eren Kruger having memories of armin and mikasa.
Eren sent those memories to Kruger, it is a founding Titan specialty, attack Titan can only see the future is if the future possessor chooses to send those specific memories back, founding can see clairvoyantly

@@cthomas025 correct as I stated before the attack titans ability isn’t to see the future. The ability of it is to send memories of the future to predecessors of the attack Titan, and ONLY those. Hence when grisha is talking to eren after the massacre asking him why he won’t show him anything more. The founding Titan can see All time. And visit it (with royal blood) when eren interacted with grisha before the Reiss’ massacre that was using the founding Titan

@@NCHammer23 I'm pretty sure its the attack titan that can see memories of the future. Eren manipulating Grisha was only possible because they were in the Paths (the founder) and can see past memories because of Zeke using the founder and while Eren held it. Also, Eren and Grisha both have the attack titan and can see memories of its future inheritors. Using the powers of both titans the founder and attack Eren was able to manipulate his father by sending him memories and feelings. This was only possible to this extent because Zeke pulled Eren into the paths into his father's memories. I don't think the Founder other than Ymir can even see the future at all. It seems like they can only see the past. I am not a manga reader so I might be wrong.
Had Ymir had the will to live she would've shaken off the spear through the chest, but what the king said showed her that he didnt care for her so she lost her will to live.

The Attack Titan is the one that can see future and past memories of its users. Not founding Titan. That’s why Eren Yeager could control all the attack Titan shifters before him
This is the truth, Eren Kruger never had the founding titan so it wouldn’t make sense. It is the attack titan that has the memory ability.

Actually the Ackermans are subjects of Ymir but due to the experiments they are immune to the founder, if they weren’t Eldians they wouldn’t have a path in them to pass along the accumulative battle experience of their ancestors. And wouldn’t have been called to the paths by Eren when the rumbling started.
They are only one half eldian and half of one of the other cultures in the AOT world.

-Yeah, the 13-year-rule was caused by Ymir's death. Hence why it's properly called The Curse of Ymir. She died 13 years after gaining her titan, and so every shifter after her dies 13 years later. As for how or why? We can speculate, but it's likely that the hallucigenia was conditioned by the event, and saw it as a suitable lifespan for its host upon being inherited. It's the best I can think of with biology and insect psychology in mind.
-Eren gave his little pep talk to Grisha with the Attack Titan's powers, not the founding. Attack's core ability is allowing users to pass their memories to past users. This is how Eren Kruger saw the moment that Grisha injected Eren, and name dropped Mikasa and Armin as a result. You got the principles of time right, just the wrong shifter ability. Eren wouldn't be able to use the Founder until right when Ymir did her eye reveal.
I wonder if the founder can choose to break the curse somehow, or if it’s either physically impossible because the strain having a titan puts on the body is what actually kills you in around 13 years of continued use, or if it works like King Fritz’s vow, where you are mentally unable to undo it no matter how much wanted to

The only reason eren could use the colossus titan near the end of the manga is because ymir allowed and unlocked the full potential of the founding, most likely the power of ymir's founding before her powers were split between 9 other titans. If the founding could use the other abilities of the titans, then 1. They can literally never lose to any other titans lol. 2. Frieda wouldnt have been killed by grisha as she should be able to see the future. But guess what, she didnt because the founding titan cant do so.
Only the attack titan could do that, hence why it was never caught by marley and why it was able to stay out of wars in the past.

Actually, Eren didn’t transcend time using the power of the founder. He used the power of the attack Titan to see the memories of past inheritors (his father and Eren Kruger). Just like Eren Kruger used the attack Titan to see the memories of future inheritors. In the scene where he relinquished the attack Titan to Grisha, he says something alone the lines of “you’ve gotta do this for Armin & Mikasa.” Grisha hadn’t even met them yet & it can be inferred that they probably weren’t even born.
He used the founding titan to gain access to his father’s memories. The founder and royal blood give eren free access to the paths
He was seeing past memories through the founder, he sent memories to the past, and grisha saw, the attack titan can send memories to past users and see future memories.

The founding Titan has a clairvoyant ability that allows it to see all of time happening at once past present and future. It just can’t do anything with this information. Eren and Zeke making contact allowed them to access the path to Grishas memory to give them full access to walk around and view it as a one way mirror. Grisha could not see them, but they could see everything as if they were there. The Attack titan, being able to send memories to the past, sent his memories viewing grishas memory to Grisha. Eren sent the memory of himself talking to his dad in the past, and watched his dad respond. Grisha saw and heard everything through Erens eyes, since Eren was sending Grisha His memories of the present. That’s how they were able to communicate. Hopefully this explanation makes sense.
See I agree but what about the other founding titans that had royal blood? They would be able to access the paths without the need of a second person, Frieda doesn’t get eaten if she can see the future. Also eren ONLY gave memories to the past Attack titans but never the founding titans.
@@KingChambers The founding Titan can not do anything with the information because it is all coming in at once. Even Eren mostly was a spectator. He led Dina away from berthodlt but did not know thats where it would lead. Also being bound by the Family vow they could never 100% utilize the power like Zeke or Eren could. My only gripe is people saying it is is linear static timeline that cant be changed. It does appear as though Eren altered the past from something else originally supposed to happen. If Berholdt had got Eaten wouldnt the timeline of changed? Or would the story would of happened the same direction towards the end either way? Why even have to mess with past events in the first place then. Thats the only question Im left with after ending the series still.
@@KingChambers Also I forgot to add, Since Eren can access any point in time, he could use the paths to access any titan at any point in time, which is how he was able to influence Dina to go a different dirrection in the first place. Even though Dina didnt have the attack titan he still was able to influence her when he wasnt even a titan yet.
@@bobbypolo2200 I still don’t understand why Frieda would even get eaten if at least 2 people in her family had the founder and could “see the future” I still believe the attack titan (and only the attack Titian) managed to escape capture multiple times bc it could send its memories back to past users to “alter the present”

Pretty sure the founding Titan cannot see the future. That's the Attack Titans power. That one can only gain access to by having contact with Royal Blood. To me, the Attack Titans abilities are Ymir's suppressed desire for her to actually be freed at some point in the future from the domination the King and Eldia had over her and is why the two Titan shifters are always at odds.
The founding titan has the power of all titans, its been stated before that the founding titan sees time all at once, present past and future are all the same to a holder of the founder

i always felt that since ymir is the reason why every titan is built and every wound healed, she couldn’t heal herself. she wasn’t in paths recreating her own body whenever she got hurt so she didn’t have the ability to heal, but could definitely heal others cuz she was the queen is sand.

The reason Mikasa gets headaches is that Eren Jeager is using the Attack Titan to time travel to the past versions of younger Mikasa and trying to use the Founder's power to brainwash her to not be so close to him for her eventual safety but since her Akerman's blood makes her immune to the Founder she gets headaches instead of receiving orders.

06:00 they say that in the anime. she gave up because the king saw her sacrifice and told her to get up and that she was useless or something. and in that moment she finally realized the king didnt love her. so she gave up on living. and she gave up 13 years after she receives the powers. so thats what caused the 13 year rule.

Wait, I was under the impression that it was a special ability of the Attack Titan to speak with all past holders of the Attack Titan, and That was how Eren was able to egg Grisha on.

My theory is that the attack titan is just the male version of the female titan(basically titans that can gain other shifters features easily, like hardening), but since Eren is the last attack titan and also had the access to the founder's power (after Ymir lend him her strength), him and only him sent memories to all the previous attack titan shifters in order to get it himself at some point in time, using the FOUNDER's power. Remember that in paths past, present and future exists all at the same time

The ability to see the future the past and the present all at once is the attack titan's power. Not the founding titan's.
This is why the attack titan is always known to have been rebellious and also the reason why it was the only other titan who managed to avoid being captured by marley. It could see the futures the shifter knew that Karl fritz would leave for paradis and then marley would captured the titans. So they escaped before marley captured them.

It's so funny that you try to make sense of all the time-space powers but at the end, it doesn't. Just like 99% of authors out there, Isayama fails in his attempt of playing with such a force.
He didnt fail, this dude just didnt explain it well. It is actually the Attack Titan's power to see the future. Thats why its called like that, it has always been the most rebellious/disconnected from the other 8 shifters. And how they could "time travel" is pretty much explained like this: they never time traveled. When Zeke took Eren through his own memories in the Paths, Eren was actually seeing those memories but you notice that nobody else can see them present. Eren never TRULY interacts with Grisha through Paths. Its just that since Grisha can see into the future, he can see Eren's perspective from the past. This is why he makes comments on Zekes aspect but never on Eren's. He can just hear/feel what Eren Yaeger lets him. If you need a more in depth explination I can send you a link to a 9 page file that explains it perfectly.

2- we saw the centipede in episode 19 twice, first in paths THEN eren
3- she died to the spear to protect the king she loved. she truly loved him. the 13 year rule was infact created BC ymir died here so you're right there
4- it wasnt year 145, he was the 145th king (karl fritz)
5- the eldian titan war was first, then he went to the island BECAUSE he didnt like war and liked peace.
6- marley never fought eldia. the king left on his own while striking a deal with the tyburs for 7/9 titan shifters and the attack hid himself and the founders was his.
7- it wasnt their fear that made them escape, the king took them there and erased their memories
8- the ackermans ARE eldians but they were made to protect the king and we know theyre eldians as mikasa and levi were both summoned to the paths therefore are eldians
9- the vow of karl fritz was that the royal blood wouldnt be able to use the full abilities of the founder
10- the next known inheritor is uri and rods DAD but hes basicallt irrelevant so ill give it to you
