My favorite generation of Pokémon is Sun & Moon btw, sounds wild but the vibe and overall show was good. I mean I was watching that on Disney XD during summer, along with Starwars, rebels, Phineas and Ferb across the 2 dimensions 2 years earlier, Ultimate Spiderman, Spider-man, and more. Sun & moon is what I was watching during the afternoon when I was eating Popsicles and swimming around the pool and after a shower, exhausted from swimming all day long, the new episode of Starwars Rebels would air and i would co to bed after. Sun & Moon is my Comfort Pokémon series essentially.

When the hell did they start using actually IRL physics to escape the moves? Anything past sun & moon just made no sense even if the FINALLY gave him a good line up.. the still did him dirty. Ash was the MC and Pokémon did te one thing you never do with the MC getting rid of them. Be it moving on from them like they did to Ash or killing them off, it's legitimately the fastest way to kill your franchise and the numbers the new show is pulling in proves that is true. Nobody wanted liko.. or Ash to leave. It's not even on good terms either. They most likely chose like as the MC and got rid of Ash as sometimes dumb like a diversity cast. The problem is not one fan of p9kem wanted this, Nintendo has ruined everyone's enjoyment lf Pokémon. Nintendo in general has become a dumpster fire. The way Ash won in Alola makes me SO DAMN mad. The plot armor he had was CRAZY. This is another reason why I think Ash should've won in Kalos. Then it would have been a good transition to Alola where they don't have gym battles and have island challenges instead and all that other stuff and he can finally be shown as a relaxed Ash because he's no longer trying to win a league anymore

@ he didn’t solo the primals, he never won. He did fight a bit. He also turns to a dragon flying type when he mega evolves which means he loses the type disadvantage. So no he had every means of winning that fight. Every ash greninja water attack was not very effective bud

If you actually think about it, Alain was using all the Mega energy he collected from all the people he battled when he Mega Evolves Charizard while Greninja almost tied with him. This just makes more sense why without the same power stone Alain lost so easily to Leon.

MAAAAAAAN don't even get me started with the Leagues because of that stuff was real life it really would be the MOST RIGGED crap I have ever seen! Now I will give you the first 2 maybe even 3 League Ash was in to losing but after that they do this man so damn dirty in every League that when he finally "won" in the last one before his time ended it felt more like a middle finger than a win. What's worse is when they basically force Ash to lose to someone who had no business whatsoever winning against him, only then to turn around and lose to someone they had no business losing to in the next round. Even more annoying is when you started to realize in some seasons they had already picked out the "Champion character" before you even got to the end of the season. THEN THERE IS THIS HERE IN THIS VIDEO! This might be the MAIN definition of a main character fighting a gets plot armor and getting a taste of what it feels like, only Ash ain't the type at the end to go, "Oh wow....that there is some pure BS, but I see you...I see you guys...."

Thw fact his loss makes sense, Mega Charizard X has fire/dragon typing which nakes water type attacks neutral and that specific Charizard has the move Thunder Punch which is super effective against Greninja

Bro, I love the XY/XYZ series, and it's my favorite, but damn if there's any league that Ash should had won, it was Kalos League because this was the farthest that he had ever been to a league at that point and besides the XY/XYZ and the Kalos League was basically Ash's redemption arc because Ash was terrible in the Black & White series and the Unova League was trash. I don't care what anyone says. The fall off between Diamond & Pearl to Black & White has to studied because there's no way Ash goes from being in the top 4 in the Sinnoh League to losing in embarrassing fashion to a nobody in Cameron who only had 5 Pokémon with him, even though it was a 6 on 6 battle like the entire Black & White series was terrible, especially for Ash so basically the entire XY/XYZ and the Kalos League was literally Ash's redemption arc and for him to get robbed in the Kalos League was just absolutely embarrassing. They did Ash so damn dirty

Why didn't you give Pikachu the respect he deserved? He folded a third of Alain’s team and it was his two pseudo-legendaries too!!! Pikachu hard carried the rest of the team so Greninja could get his 1v1 against Charizard and Greninja was the one who failed everyone there. Though to be fair Goodra, Talonflame, and Noivern actively held everyone back. Talonflame at least did his job and got a tie but Noivern and Goodra weren't doing shit this battle.
Yeah, Pikachu carried the entire team on his back. Both Tyranitar and Metagross were Pseudo-Legendaries on top of being at full strength when they were sent out. Pikachu still bodied the pair of them and did severe damage to Charizard for good measure. I don't even like the overrated yellow rat - he should have evolved into Raichu years ago - but credit where credit's due.
As for Greninja... yeah that shit's embarrassing. If Charizard hadn't taken multiple hits from Pikachu beforehand, I'd forgive Greninja for fucking up but Pikachu landed a Thunderbolt while Charizard was still in its base form. That alone should have been enough for Greninja to be able to clean up afterwards. But Charizard folded him with just two hits from Dragon Claw and a Blast Burn while Greninja was landing blow after blow and it basically amounted to chip damage.

To be honest I knew Ash was gonna lose to Alain's Charizard cause after the previous match (which was also great btw) between Ash & Sawyer's Sceptile, like why have Sawyer's *grass* type Sceptile lose to a water/dark Gredninja. I know that Ash is the protagonist but that doesn't always consitute having him win every single match, at least up to a certain point that is. Cause until the Alola region is where his true partner Pikachu achieved victory (twice).
