I once had a gluten free Starbucks breakfast sandwich they made years ago, which actually wasn't too bad, but now the only thing they offer food wise is a rice krispy treat 😒
We love pumpkin. This will definitely be on our list of “Kim’s Best Recipes”. When are you going to start marketing your flour blends? I would definitely buy them and save myself the time mixing them.

Hello Kim! These look absolutely stunning!!! I plan making for my neighbors soon. I was wondering, will AP flour work as a substitute? I unfortunately don’t have the ingredients to make the gluten free flour.. and I noticed the nonfat milk powder so wasn’t sure if the AP flour can be substituted 1:1. Thank you!!
Kim’s flour blend recipe is on her website. I strongly encourage you to make some and stock your pantry. They are the genius behind her recipes. My pantry has all three of her flour blend recipes. Wouldn’t live without them.

Which is better than Starbucks at 34 grams of sugar per muffin, but that’s still a lot of sugar in a small muffin. That just inspired me to make my own version, but with alternative sweeteners. Thanks!!! Keep on baking. Loved the video.

I would think it can be substituted 1:1, but I have not tested this so I don't know for sure.

Can sugar be replaced with erythrit or coconut sugar ?
I am not the person to ask about replacing sugar, unfortunately. I don't know the first thing about sugar-free baking. I'm so sorry!
