I have discovered slow mornings myself in the past 18 months. I get up an hour earlier than need be and light a candle and write in my journal or watch the dawn or watch youtubes like your and Brian's cozy creation. I love this peek into your slow life. No spoke words needed,

LOVED that you included video of you and your husband working on a project together. I think sometimes it's easy to think that you can live solitairely while being married, and a lot of videos show just one person doing their own thing. While there are times that you have that are your own, everything you do has to be in some sort of harmony with the one you're married. So it was very heartwarming to me to see you work on this project. Even just simply planting together. I'm sure you all do a bunch of stuff together of course, but it was great to see this on the video!

Sometimes just watching the everyday routine of someone else can be quite refreshing. The video without sound was perfect. If the world took time to gently ease into their days, and to appreciate the little things I think it would be a happier place.

The early mornings is also my belloved habit for years. I should say that is a true magic. It does much good for person who do this. It setlle a good day. It helps organize ourselves, it helps to keep forward, it help establish stability in turmoil of the world. It does much, much good and heals throughout. I discover this habit, when i was young, about 21, and kept it till me now turns 60 in july ... so believe it worth forever😊😊😊 be happy, Ana, be happy, Brian! I follow this chanel, from it starts, and wish all best. Theese are diffucult times. But in love we can be in all things. And friendship and freedom. 🙏🕊

Thank you. It got me thinking about the slow and quiet moments that I try and build into my days. I have a dog with whom I go walking, which gives me time each day to enjoy nature.
Nice spring landshaft... in Georgia is warm climate, but here yet a lot of now in Latvija, 🇦🇹Baltic states, we full of ice, mud, rains and snow in forests and fogs surrond, even temperature is plus 3 to even 7/8 degrees. I never was in Georgia, but my friend was, when it was yet possible for her, and she told about nice places, trees and mountains. I could imagine, that is similar to South France in some way, where i fall in love with palmas and cedar forests, and Pireneys, working as voluntary some years ago😊

Hi Ana, I enjoyed watching this silent vlog and learning about your slow living routines and quiet moments. I am a fan of early mornings and this summer I have particularly enjoyed getting out into the park a few hundred metres from our house where I can walk around a lake with nothing but nature for company. There are no lights in the park and so I am able to wake up slowly with the dawn of the new day. I walk in silence for at least an hour and then I may walk another hour listening to a podcast. I have found that this gives me energy for the day. I would enjoy more silent vlogs along with your other content. Best wishes to you and Brian.

Hi Ana and Brian! This was a very soft and soothing video. I too repotted a succulent I bought this weekend. It was a nice, calming activity to remove the dried leaves and tidy it up. It is such an interesting form and has new growth that I look forward to watching as Spring approaches.

Dennis does the plants here also. I do the ducks. Except in the morning. And right now it's cold and kind of rainy and most of them are sitting on their nests anyway. There's just a couple of them that need to put themselves to bed and we can throw in some food and water if we can convince them that it's bedtime. Let's see how they're doing.
Two of them are still wandering but sunset isn't until 6:30. And soon we will have daylight savings time. Hmmm... I wonder what time sunrise will be. Well it has to be before 8:00 doesn't it? Also it's still raining

Two years ago exactly I was in Tbilisi as well, having left Ukraine on January 9th, out of an abundance of caution. Aside from the sad reason, I absolutely loved Tbilisi! Later I went to Kutaisi, and then Tskaltubo, which is a lovely Soviet resort town. I was a sort of lost student suddenly on vacation, and had many lovely slow mornings like this. I can't wait to go back!
Georgia is a magical place where people keep coming back 😊 I've never been to Kutaisi or Tskaltubo and hopefully, will get to see them. I'm so sorry you had to leave Ukraine...

Absolutely loved ur Video, dark AND light, the brilliance of the stars, so quiet, peaceful, being only w/urself. You look me on a wonderful, healing journey, if only for a few moments, that I can revisit time AND again. None of us can have one of you in our lives, yet, wet, we can create what deeply resonates, the moments or hours that we, or I can make in my own life.
I see you as a younger sibling from another mother, having never met excel through the lens of ur camera.
For a bit, I thought about ur journeys, having first met you when the War started, the anxiety I felt for you, the hurry up AND leave already that remained w/me until you did. My relief when you did. I glanced through my own flights, and now, I see the brilliance of how I navigated, before this morning I never looked a my flights other than negative, when actually, the brilliance at age 18, being naive, parent-less, leaving a war behind (unlike urs of course), landing 100 miles away in a huge city AND being alright, fear left behind.
Of course our journeys are far far different, still, anxiety and fear are the same, the vulnerability of staying, choosing not to, letting go, and going.

I have just one small house plant I purchased in 1997, so it's about 25 years old. I've neglected it at times but once it's been watered it always seems to bounce back. So resilient! If only I could do the same.....ah well......
