I'm 44 almost 45 with a very young body. I do know that a clean diet is important .I do not like too much muscle on my body. I think it is more feminine to have a toned body without too much definition. These pilates videos are very creative and very interesting without it being to difficult so one can continue to do these exercises without quitting because it is too difficult

I'm used to do weight training to exercise my body. Before I tried your teaching class for the first time, I thought it shouldn’t be difficult, but I interrupted myself 2 times to get a breath. After whole class I'm sweated completely, and my muscles became more slender and elastic. I really love your pilates class, love you soooooo much. thank you!!

I am not a dancer nor a gymast,but i was really able to follow your moves,maybe because i used to move my body fast in an upbeat motion coz i used hiit with high impact for the past 6yrs,but it took toll in my knees and injure myself in return. I am already 46 going 47yrs of age,and i fill light in my body. Yes im sore,after your work out but sure targeted my problematic area like my core,legs and butt. Loveee it so much. I can move my legs and not wobbly,my strength is coming back now. Thanks to you. Oh,by the way im a size 8 now when i used to be a size 12.

I loved how much we did the seated toe touches because I could really see how much different my body felt warmed up when doing them vs when it was cold at the beginning!

Ok I know you uploaded this video 3 years ago, but I’m a 31 year old stay at home mom of 3 beautiful children. I’m also a homeschooler, so that means I’m constantly on the move to teach, cook, clean, wash, comfort, love, and live life to the best of my abilities while I can with my children. I’ve recently had chronic headaches for several month. Lots of shoulder and neck pain. This caused me not to be able to do all that aspire to do within my power to the best of my ability. That utterly and completely broke my heart. I absolutely love to workout and I was constantly on the move to lifting heavy weights and doing cardio, but as I’ve aged my ability or the lack thereof to continue on the race of the fitness industry has lost its appeal to me. I found myself drained and exhausted and unable to move through my day without feeling like all I wanted to do was curl up in a ball and sleep my life away. I recently found Pilates about 2 weeks ago and today was my first class that I’ve done from your channel and I am so impressed and in love with your style that I plan on continuing my fitness journey with you. I hope you continue to upload and giving me my 1 hour of reprieve from my hectic world. I thank you and salute the style you have created. I enjoyed it so much. Since I’ve started Pilates I have pain free and pain medicine free for approximately 2 weeks now. I’m enjoying my family and my life and have become even more aware of the good things in life. Thanks so much for this pilates workout! I have been a dancer for years but also have only been doing it on again off again over the last few years and especially this year for obvious reasons. No shade to other tutorials as they have also been great, but this workout was the first one I have come across on RUclips that is most accurately close to the Pilates classes I was doing at the gym in group fitness, as you actually took time for breaks from sequences but still stretching the body etc in those breaks. A lot of 'Pilates' workouts I have done on RUclips this year have been quite intense with no stretches between sequences, which is unviable for stamina and also puts extreme stress on the body. So thank you for providing a proper workout! I look forward to completing this again. Thanks gurlfran xox

Ok I know you uploaded this video 3 years ago, but I’m a 31 year old stay at home mom of 3 beautiful children. I’m also a homeschooler, so that means I’m constantly on the move to teach, cook, clean, wash, comfort, love, and live life to the best of my abilities while I can with my children. I’ve recently had chronic headaches for several month. Lots of shoulder and neck pain. This caused me not to be able to do all that aspire to do within my power to the best of my ability. That utterly and completely broke my heart. I absolutely love to workout and I was constantly on the move to lifting heavy weights and doing cardio, but as I’ve aged my ability or the lack thereof to continue on the race of the fitness industry has lost its appeal to me. I found myself drained and exhausted and unable to move through my day without feeling like all I wanted to do was curl up in a ball and sleep my life away. I recently found Pilates about 2 weeks ago and today was my first class that I’ve done from your channel and I am so impressed and in love with your style that I plan on continuing my fitness journey with you. I hope you continue to upload and giving me my 1 hour of reprieve from my hectic world. I thank you and salute the style you have created. I enjoyed it so much. Since I’ve started Pilates I have pain free and pain medicine free for approximately 2 weeks now. I’m enjoying my family and my life and have become even more aware of the good things in life. Thank you!

Thanks so much for this pilates workout! I have been a dancer for years but also have only been doing it on again off again over the last few years and especially this year for obvious reasons. No shade to other tutorials as they have also been great, but this workout was the first one I have come across on RUclips that is most accurately close to the Pilates classes I was doing at the gym in group fitness, as you actually took time for breaks from sequences but still stretching the body etc in those breaks. A lot of 'Pilates' workouts I have done on RUclips this year have been quite intense with no stretches between sequences, which is unviable for stamina and also puts extreme stress on the body. So thank you for providing a proper workout! I look forward to completing this again. Thanks gurlfran xox
