I ordered a gbb aka green bottle blue tarantula and the first thing I notice was that the cup it was in had only three holes for the thing to breath and it also had a DEAD eggsac inside. These people are pieces of shit and do not deserve to sell pets. This is just animal cruelty.
I've been thinking about ordering from there but same as you've mentioned on the video... I've heard good but mostly bad reviews. What have you guys done about the financial aspect of it?
On the BBB website they have 95% good reviews. They are a good company and stand by what they say and do; you just gotta follow their policies to the letter. :)
+Joe Jones Yes he is still alive, although there are some health issues we are running into with him but what we are experiencing is more of a genetic issue than one due to direct neglect of the supplier, but as long as its warm where you live i wouldn't worry too much about your iguana arriving dead. they can be stressed from shipping however so once you get him i would make sure you give him a few days with a lot of privacy while he adjusts to his new home
If they do arrive alive you will need to feed them a lot once they arrive and give them water but they are a shitty company who don't prepare there reptiles before shipping
Bought a Savannah monitor from them, got it in poor condition had ticks on it, dehydrated, im sure it was full of parasites cause it died 3 weeks later
How about opening your animal packages up with at least an ounce of respect. Lizard is lucky it didn't arrive with any injuries from that ridiculous packaging job. Doesn't need anymore risk having you pour it out face first into your hand.
