      My dad said this to me as ritual before every single hockey game I ever played- thousands… now it is as a ritual for my entire life. 😎🙏✨

    It was challenging but breathing was definitely the key! I paused 3 times to rest my arms for a second but got through till the end, thank you for the amazing workout!

    To be honest, I was never that excited when I saw Mark’s yoga videos, but one day I decided to give it a try. It was a morning workout video and I felt really really great 😊 Now it’s my third time doing this yoga workout and I don’t get enough of it. It’s so fun, challenging and calming at the same time. It’s one of my favourites from the channel. Thank you Mark and Juliana for those wonderful moments of us doing yoga together 🙏🏻

    This is an awesome work out. I shared it will my adult children and my younger friends. I do find it challenging but you do give fair warning before starting. As you say it is a "fiery" workout.

    It’s been long time I haven’t practice Yoga and so today I chose to start from this exercise as it is a short time one. Still my body felt so great after finishing the exercise and my soul felt great joy listening to the guidance and the beautiful background sounds❤️❤️❤️

    Bad idea, do this workout with little sore legs, but it was amazing, i really felt the burn all over my body. I will love to Mark do an arm workout video. Thanks again and forever for those beautiful videos.

      @@bohobeautiful I just did it as a cool down after an upper body strength (30min)... That bird dog it was new for me, my balance don't allow me to stay up all the time but I kept coming. All that said I love the feeling of pushing myself a little bit more and at the same time I feel relaxed. Thank you 💙

    I love your targeted workouts.
    I’ve been wondering, would you consider doing a video focused on neck exercises to define and lengthen through the neck? I think they would be great for the throat chakra and self confidence!

    Thank you for your teachings. A real effective team. Question I am a member of your app. I was wondering if you all can add some more yoga actually done at night time. I love doing your videos before bed but sometimes the video i select is done in the day on a beautiful beach. I know I don't have to look at the screen but would be nice to see more routines you do before sleeping. Thank you Love!
