Instant Post are great for soups, beans (no soaking) and stews like Beef Stew. It can be a rice cooker, and slow cooker. But Instant it is not. Takes a while to get up to pressure. But certainly better than 3-4 hours on the stovetop. Merry Christmas my friend!
