    Thanks for this update on what you already explained to us in class. I got confused yesterday after running out of drive hours while I was in “Off Duty” status. 🤦🏽‍♀️

    So if I'm at a loading dock for two hours being loaded should I stop my clock by going off duty or is that considered on duty and affects my 70

      If you are not physically on the dock Then go off duty, but chick with the company you work for to see if they require you to be on duty during that time. but if you are not doing a pre-trip, post-trip ,fueling or something with a DOT officer. You want to go off duty to stop the 70-hour clock, to Savage as many hours as possible for strictly driving, you only get paid when you're driving. you have control over your hours.
