- Police towed a white trailer Tuesday that belongs to one of four people charged in the death and disappearance of Kansas moms Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley. Each of the four suspects is believed to be involved in an anti-government group called God's Misfits, though it's unclear whether the organization is connected to the women's deaths.

This is how that lady got custody of those children. This judge needs to be looked into.
Truth
Agreed
Was he even the judge that handled the case?
Edit- oh never mind I know. I was watching a whole other video but had these comments pulled up so I assumed it was for the one I was watching. They both had to do with a judge. My bad I’m sorry. Anyway, yeah I think you might be right I didn’t think of that. That should probably be looked into soon.
Wait what lady?
Agree
This judge needs to be investigated. This group is known to most in that area & are now pretending to be 'shocked'
You know this how?, are you from that area?
The group is known to most in that area, according to who?
@@reformcongressExactly. I grew up in that area and have friends and family there now. They weren’t aware
This "Judge" is suspect as hell. That guy knows all about it. Local cover-up.
He that lies is a LIAR
THAT JUDGE IS IN THE MIX OF THEM
@@agapelove2853 You're lying because you don't know, hippo krit.
It's a corrupt web of deceit.
Yeah, my first thought. If people in the community were afraid to talk, that’s a bunch of crock. Sorry Judge that story don’t fly.
Holy crap I grew up in that town and know the Forbes family. I can't say that I ever meet Vincent Forbes but while I was growing up there were several murders that happened that have not been solved. There is a saying in that area that if you want to kill someone you go to Morton County (especially the old Sheriff that was there was a freaking moron) and you will get away with it. But yeah, there is some shady shit that goes on down there.
I don’t believe this judge. He knew what these folks were like.
And was in the mixing bowl of their plans
Exactly, and that's why he was fired after this interview!!
This judge is either incredibly naive or not being honest.
And with either of those 2 choices he shouldn’t be on the bench
Don’t let this judge rule on anything!!!
He can't. He's a judge in Colorado.
Vincent Forbes is a municipal judge in Elkhart, Kansas. The murders happened in Oklahoma. The defendants are charged in Texas County, Oklahoma. Different states, different courts. He will not have anything to do with the murder case in Oklahoma.
Absolutely investigate this judge. Crooked as a dog’s hind leg.
They should check into this judge. With the town talk about the doings of these people how can a judge be so shocked
This judge probably helped grandma get custody of the kids.
Totally agree. They had a judge in their pockets but they are anti-law and anti-government. Make that make sense?
Absolutely agree, I don't believe this judge. A small community, an Anti-Government group, and one or more members of that Anti-Government group are close friends with the local judge. But the judge doesn't know anything?
@@AFloridaSon Nope. The judge isn't a judge in Oklahoma or Kansas. He's a judge in Colorado.
@@reformcongress - Elkhart, Kansas municipal judge.
Is this the judge that dismissed Tad's felony charge last year for pulling a firearm on someone?
Probably cause they’re STILL friends.
First thing I thought too.
I heard about this and I was shocked!! Unbelievable...I hope someone will figure this Judge out before it's too late and take them to a different County or something for their court hearning...
If they declare themselves to be a church, they can get around paying some types of taxes.
@@jobabs
Churches across our Nation are tax exempt but agree with you
One of the men arrested was charged with a gun charge a few months ago. The charge disappeared. Is this because he was friends with the judge? This case needs a change of venue.
Nope. That is not the case. The judge is a judge in Colorado.
Family court is different from criminal court
Venue for the murder cases is in Texas County, Oklahoma. This guy is a municipal court judge in Elkhart, Kansas. Municipal judges handle things like traffic tickets, shoplifting, etc. He won’t be involved with murder cases in a neighboring state.
Judge is suss. Simply trying to set himself up as pure. Whole dam county is questionable .
He isn't a judge in that county or even in that state.
He is actually from another state - Kansas.
Absolutely!!
Whole damn country
@@TMann-eg1giKansas chapter
They are Misfits alright but no where close to God.
Nowhere close to critical thinking either.
Amazing how everyone is so shocked. Not buying that at all.
Me either,, I got some reservations about that judge.
Yeah the judge is part 😮of their cult.
I agree
Not for a Minute I believe that
Small town everyone knows what’s going on the judge knew everything
I'm side-eyeing that judge real hard. It's a small town where everyone pretty knows each other's business. I find it hard to believe he didn't know what the God's Misfits were truly about.
You really believe everyone in a little town knows everything about everyone? It's a myth. You can implicate everyone in the town if you believe that. That is absurd.
One of the suspects daughter told police the story because she saw the burner phones at the house and the parents told her to clean their vehicle after the murder and there were earlier attempts to throw a large anvil through the wind shield
@@ergoman-hd6cr They didn't attempt to. They were going to try to. I've read the same things you have.
How can you claim to be part of a religious group and then commit murder!
It's NOT a religious group. That is why they call themselves misfits....because they don't belong. It's the extreme opposite. Jilian Kelley is a Pastor's wife they murdered.....the news needs to get their facts straight!
They’re so not seeing god after the get the DP💯
Right wing religious groups are historically violent.
Even devil-worshipers call themselves "religious". Satan-ism is a religion.
Just because they claim to be religious doesn't mean they believe in God.
(edit: "God's misfits".........)
@@cadeyFeatherstonSo you are part of this cult then.I can see that easily.😂
People in the community say they were able to operate under the radar....We can see why ....💖
He was probably the judge in the custody case!
Nope, he is not. He's a judge in Colorado.
@reformcongress He could of called in a favor to another judge there, I've seen it happen before
Tad is a good friend and this Judge had no idea? Yeah right
Tad looks the saddest in the photos, only three cell phones, the teen ratted out both her parents and we know the grandma was heavily involved. Maybe Tad was the last to know how bad this was going to get? I guess we’ll find out. Not excusing him btw. Just thinking out loud.
@@DeeLite220agreed 💯
Exactly!! I call BS
And still his good friend
And he emphasized that he still IS his friend. So how did he not know about this religious hocus pocus?
I don’t believe the judge, my opinion
I agree - I don't think anyone in their right mind believes him.
@@chinniewas9995Agree. Sadly, many are not in their right mind anymore.
Yeah right. The judge was at their house during the bust but hadn't heard of the misfits...
People are sick!
A town that small, with everyone knowing everyone else, and this judge is claiming he is best friends with one of them but yet he never even heard of this group? HIGHLY UNLIKELY. In fact, SO unlikely as to be laughable that anyone in that area would make such a claim.
There may be long distances between residences, and it may be very remote, but townspeople and especially law enforcement know exactly who is who, who lives where, and the business of people in their area. And if they don’t know them personally, they know people who know them personally. And people have nothing better to do than to talk about their neighbors and anything that moves in their town, comes into their town, and lives in areas surrounding their town.
Exactly. I live in guymon and you explained it perfectly. Everyone knows everyone’s business. Someone says something about and you ask how they know their response is “small town”
Horrible all around but especially for the pastor’s wife who was just trying to do the mother a favor. RIP to them both 😇😇
This judge is significant in this case.
How so?
I do not believe it. Crock of crap. Covering his own butt. Too many people knew and were afraid. They had someone in their pocket. Shame a 16yr old girl had the bravery to give them up. No one else.
I don’t believe the judge, either, and the fact that he said I was friends, and then retracted, and said, I am friends. Hmmm
Exactly, he probably was there to warn his BESTIE, their coming for you smh!!
MARCH 30th NOT APRIL 🙄 🤦♀️
My thoughts too! I was so confused for a minute!
It breaks my heart when people misrepresent God and Christianity. Our Bible is very, very clear in Roman's 13:1-2 that we are commanded to follow the laws put into place by our governments whether we agree with those laws or not. And of course, THOU SHALL NOT KILL nor shed the blood of the innocent. Very, very clear.
Amen! The Ten Commandments in itself ARE laws in the Bible. You would think they would know that.
And he that LIES IS A LIAR
@@naturistfred AMEN.
Yes! Very tru!
There is some very very ignorant people on here and elsewhere saying 'oh I thought they claimed to be religious and for God'!..
THIS so call group had NOTHING to do with God or his ways!!..
This was a 'cult' with there own rules and ways!
They made them up how they wanted to be and what they followed!!..
Our Govt said abortion was legal for 50 years! So you still believe that verse means what? that is not what that verse means. It means obey Godly laws. Not ungodly laws.
This old man should probably be in jail as well! He waa there during the raid but knew nothing? Not buying it for one second!
Exactly, that's what I was thinking. Was he there to warn his friend about the arrest warrant?
Only Brian could get this type of interview ❤
Great reporting, NN.
This guy is crooked as they come.
I call BS on that judge. I live in a small Kansas town. Everybody knows everyone else's business. The judge and townspeople knew what the suspects werebup to. That's why none of them wanted to talk.
I live in a small Kansas town, and everyone knows "gossip", but not what is actually another person's business. There is a difference between gossip and what is true.
Hear say is not facts, not even in court 😊
That's impossible to believe that such a small community would say they didn't know about the God's Misfits. Those community people know EVERYTHING about EVERYONE. A LOT of them knew what was going on and it took awhile to find the victims because they were covering for their friends.
Or were afraid to talk
It's 100% possible to believe that those in the CULT didn't tell anyone about it.
Oh that judge knew!..he’s lying!
Fanaticism is frightening.
I'm so sure. This judge helped lead to this. This judge needs to be removed from their position.
Well he sure didn't talk to Brian outside they were in the car and he kept looking around, He knew, His fake shock isn't flying. Also he said Tad "was his friend " and then corrects himself and still is. Sorry but if I found out that a friend of mine did something that Heinous They Definitely wouldnt be My Friend anymore.
NO doubt!
He doesn't know much about so called good friend.
I thought people were afraid to speak about this due to previous behavior of a few of those arrested
Tad was a good friend 👀 ummm that's m3thed up.
Did they commit murders and then just go on with their lives. Sounds like they figured nobody was going to look...? Or felt like they were immune because of who they knew
They had a friend judge!! No worries. What they didnt count on was the preachers wife and how she would cause the whole nation to have eyes on this case and demanding answers and accountability. Sad but true had it just been the childs mom gone missing ,none of us would probably heard anything about this case. It would have been another local story swept under the rug. Grandma didnt count on this story grabbing the nations eyes and ears and heart. Hopefully anyone involved in this sick crime will be punished . It sounds like there needs to be much more investigating done in this small town.
@@carlahoardherrick968He’s not a real judge. He’s appointed by the city council to deal with speeding tickets. I doubt he has any qualifications other than spare time.

He was there when the warrants were served
Oh right
Good reporting Newsnation😊. God bless Brian Entin🙏🙏🙏
Right. lol Brian had difficulty finding the location the bodies had been even with gps satellite location. It's not that remote out there. They have dirt roads. Try finding bodies on a mountain, in a dense boreal forest or on the tundra & then talk about remote. (but you'll still have gps satellite in most cases). (insert Eyeroll)
That announcer just said that the two women disappeared on April 30. Today is April 16. I think she's off by a month.
They were well known for what they were in that area.
This guy is one of that group
anyone else feel like vince is sus? he was at the home when they were arrested...and no way, those types of religions dont let anyone into their circle unless they are of a like mind.
So a party of four?
I wanna know more about the most recent court case. *Was child support ordered and/or adjusted? And if so, in what way?* What was the court order and how did it change the circumstances? Why "supervised visits"?
This particular visit with her kids was court ordered.
This is soooo messed up. Terrible
Wonder just how "surprised" he really was?
As usual.... the children have no parents now...... so sad.
Sooo true. It’s hard to fathom how people can become so self centered and deluded that they would murder two moms, hide their crime, lie to their grandkids and investigators and yet feel they are the best parent for these kids. Delusional, conceited and Oblivious to the tragedy they’ve created for these kids.
How did at least two people show up on the property owner's land and dig two graves and bury those women without him being aware of it. Something just seems off.
Nothing says Beasley resided on the ground he leased to Callum.
That judge is 🤥 or extremely dumb! 👀 at Tad Collum pic! A good friend of his! No wonder a run around!
💔😢
What about that 5th guy under suspect ????
He's probably the one who had the three burner phones in his name
Oh now I see how Tad Cullums fire arms charge might have gotten dismissed with no explanation! I hope they take a closer look into that judge as well, very suspicious!
It isn't suspicious. The judge isn't even a judge in Oklahoma or Kansas. He is a judge in Colorado.
Yes, he is a judge in Elkhart Kansas. I looked him up and he's on the city's website with a photo. I don't know where you read or heard he's on the bench in Colorado. Or why you didn't just verify the state beforehand in order to avoid repeatedly posting incorrect information.
@@msr1116 First search I made it said he was a judge in Colorado.

I will have to say. Brain is the absolute best news reporter. Thank you, News Nation, for the outstanding Job you have done for all of us in following this horrific story.
Umm no arrests for lying to a judge? Wow
This judge should be disbarred. What a pos!
Way he said he’s still friends with him?
WTH 😮
Is this the same judge that one of the suspects bragged about knowing what path he took to walk to work?
That part !!!!
That wasn’t the walking type. He knew the judge was apart of this.
@@AM1999 Meaning this man isn't the judge that the suspect bragged about?

Why in the hell would anyone live in these rural towns, if you can call them towns??
The moms went missing March 30 not April 30.
The friend probably didn't want to admit how much he knew about group. What I can't fathom is why these two ladies did not know who they were dealing with. I can't believe the locals were so clueless about this group.
Wow the center of this country really has some weirdos.
Not just the center but all over the lower 48 and Alaska with large , sparsely populated regions. Idaho attracts a number of these anti government types, preppers, and such. The murders took place in the same general area that experienced the worst of the Dust Bowl disaster which permanently cleared out a lot of the population.
So sad
Who from the school was allowing them to have meetings
Judge says he’s in business and (friends) with this wild looking dude ! What kind of biz could they possibly be involved with out in middle of nowhere Kansas ??
Why was the judge at the house at that exact time 🤔. He probably told them “they commin’ fer ya”.
That judge absolutely knew what they did
April 30th?
Judge should be investigated. The fact he still considers him a " friend" shows such bias.
Did these idiots actually think that they could pull this off?
Did you hear the Judge say "He IS a good friend of mine, not WAS a good friend of mine."
That was a damage control statement straight out of the Harrison Ford movie "Clear and Present Danger."
Sounds like the judge was bias . Needs to be reevaluated.
My friends don't do this crazy crap. And if one were to I would no longer be calling them my friend. No wonder our juducial system is so messed up!
Wrong info about vanishing two moms on April 30th
They were missing on March 30th
This judge needs to be taken off the bench. That was the stupidest thing he could have said! He should never have agreed to the interview. How can someone this stupid be allowed to make decisions that effect peoples lives?
You know that judge was there to tip them off about what was coming.
The backwoods judge who’s friends with a cultist and doesn’t know anything about it. Okay
Sooo this is how she lost custody? Was this judge on the case
The title gave me an aneurysm.

What a stupid judge.thay make their own laws???? He's a judge?? BS, He's corrupt too.
This judge seems shady
“Is?”
This mo fo is standing behind Tad? Uh…please don’t have people like this making judicial decisions.
These 4 suspects, that judge, in the middle of absolutely nowhere out between Kansas and Oklahoma.. it’s awfully terrifying. It could probably be turned into a horror movie if it hasn’t already been done so…
This is a horrendous situation, but the thing I have trouble with is how they're trying to paint rural America, this is a massive departure from the norm.....if this much press time was given to murders in liberal urban areas, there wouldn't be time to report on anything else. Per capita rural America is by far the most sane place to be.
That’s part of the problem in that area the suspects were in with law enforcement and this judge so they were able to get away with things and I also don’t believe a word this old judge says. Come on.
