- The Office of the Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner has identified two bodies found in Texas County as Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said Tuesday. Tifany Adams, 54; her boyfriend Tad Cullum, 43; Cora Twombly, 44; and her husband Cole Twombly, 50, are each charged with kidnapping and first -degree murder of the two women.

So I'm not sure if they reported this, but this is a municipal judge from the town of Elkhart, KS. Not from Texas or Cimarron counties in the Oklahoma Panhandle. The Elkhart, KS Southern border, I believe, is nearly on the Oklahoma state line. But all truth...everyone knows everyone in that community. I work with people that know these folks and they're stunned by these heinous and evil acts. Many of us also know Veronica Butler, I'm a personal acquaintance of her mother and a couple of her other relatives. It's just been heartbreaking all the way around.
I hope the prosecutors don't forget that Jilian was not only a human, but a court appointed person. They killed a government employee.

This guy is a Municipal Court judge in Elkhart, Kansas. The murder cases are filed in Texas County, Oklahoma. Whole different state - entirely different court system. He will not have anything to do with the Oklahoma murder cases.

I know what this poor momma had to go through the poor poor woman. I live in a small town and my ex was an influential minister with loads of drug money to pay off judges and lawyers. It’s a trap and you can’t leave if you love your children. They do favors for their “influential people” for money. It’s an evil world and the happiness and safety of the child never plays into it. My ex was touching my daughter to trap me into looking crazy for court. Imagine how sick you have to be to do that.
