WAPA Walter Filter Distribution - Thursday

The VI Department of Human Services teamed up with the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority (WAPA), the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency, the Virgin Islands National Guard, the Virgin Islands Department of Health, and other agencies to distribute water pitchers and filters to WAPA Customers affected by the potable water emergency on St. Croix.
