This is a wonderful place, I love the ranch style layout, I’d open that kitchen up, the closets etc. all new windows and slide doors. Love the balcony, parking and apartment. I would love to own this property, I would hurricane prep it for sure too.

I am from St. Croix and lived in Christiansted but we spent most of my childhood repairing after every hurricane. I still have a home there but will never live on the island because of many reasons especially increase in crimes. Good luck selling the home. Beautiful view,

Needs at least $150k in renovations, and that is just standard finishes and appliances. You want upgrades and(or) plan to do layout changes/redesign rooms, figure $300k. I'd have to get it for no more than about $500k. The income potential with possibly renting out the apartment below though makes it totally worth it to the right buyer.

Looks nice but am trying to find the one you did which was up on a hill , had nice view of island off of beach,. Had appartment on first floor with wall that swung out if need be to put car in . May have missed price which is my question ? Cant find it
