I can't Waite to see this I really liked the video when Tony took his dad for a ride in his 442 it made me really miss my dad.
We need more of Tony’s dad!
I agree! I have to get better at hiding cameras though 😂
@@MissMidnightMaverick we need to see him race tony
@@andyclark3611 unfortunately, he can’t drive the Olds anymore, that’s why Tony is always driving when we take him out.
@@MissMidnightMaverick well darn, a video of him telling about the old school stuff would be good.
The OG Tony’s dad , we’re close in age and remember when it was all old muscle cars NA , power adders were just getting started NX lots of burnt pistons LOL, and yes we ran 4 speeds. Joe was the man in great head porter and engine builder. Great stuff.
Tony, don’t do that! 😂
Tony, great to see your dad and you enjoying his beautiful 442. Tess, you were killing it shifting and making faces. Great video.
Damn brother that is a beautiful car sounds like your dad had a lot of fun in it back in the day awesome video brother

Your Dads 442 is Bad Ass. Such a cool video. Love hearing your Dads stories. Such a cool car with history.😎
My dad bought a 70' 442 new straight off the delivery truck, it was more of a blue green & white. Loved thar car. Tried like hell to find it when he passed.
Love the Telstar wheels on the 442
Your dads car is beautiful.

We'll have to test that out one day...
That 442 is Cherry
Watching this Tony and his Dad reminds me of the days with my Pops and I street racing at Finch and Weston Rd we would get on the 400 North and stop traffic just before racing
All the videos are great and I enjoy the channel. But this video was awsome.Much respect to Tony's Dad. Kicking carpet for 50 years. He has my respect. You could tell his passion for cars...
Tony's Dad's stories remind me of back in the day street racing. I had six different muscle cars before I turned 20, first car was really more of a cruiser that I street raced, 68 Mercury Cougar XR7, traded it for a K code 65 Fairlane Sport Coupe hardtop with a straight front axle and t-10 and 5.56 rear gear that would top out at 100 but get there really quickly. 75 Mustang 2 that I put a hi-po 289 with cam headers and torker intake that I cut hole in hood for carb to stick thru, embarrassed a lot of trans-am owners in that thing, Boss powered 70 Maverick that was undefeated with a 69 440 R/T charger and 70 Chevelle SS 396 among many victims. 1970 Torino Cobra, used to wind third gear to 97mph, beat a 70 Big block Corvette in that, the look on his face. The one I got just for I went in the service a 66 Mercury Cyclone GT with a 427 and it was the Holman and Moody edition with fiberglass hood, fenders and deck lid and aluminum bumpers, never did race it and sold it while in the service.
Big balls and Big brainz well s*** I'm out of that race❤
I thought Tony was a cool cat. But his Dad is the best , hes a Olds guy .
This hits close to home. My favorite upload from ya'll yet. Great to see Tony's dad out enjoying the car, a nice cruise down memory lane, and reminiscing of his hay day. You are very fortunate to have these experiences and make these great memories.
My brother had a 1969 Olds Cutless supreme. Yellow. 455 auto. Canadian car. Myself and my dad put a lot of time into the car along with my brother. My dad assembled and installed the engine. Ran like snot when dad was done with it. Dad had a stroke in 2020 which nearly took him from us. He cant do much these days. But, he was in the shop while I was installing my engine today. For the first time in a long time he helped with a couple nuts and bolts. Sure was nice to have him in the shop again. Even better to see him put his hands on a car again. He cant speak but the look on his face, the twinkle in his eye. Today was a great day.
I dont know of any bond between a father and son better than cars.
Today was a great day.
Before my dad and mom split up my dad and I had a great relationship and that was when I was younger than 10 years old I think I was around 7 years old to be exact as far as I can remember but when he asked my mom for a divorce he was already dating my stepmother and it was still all good when they first got together but as things progressed and time went on my sister and I moved in with our grandparents and they raised us but we all still managed to always live less than 10 minutes away from each other and I would try to spend as much time with my Dad as I could and as I grew up he was a long haul truck driver and he had to travel all over the United States for work and I would go on long hauls with him and I got to see most of the United States with him and when he wasn't working we would go drag racing and that is basically all we did and when I would ask to go fishing or hunting there was always some excuse on why we couldn't go and on the fishing part we went on vacation once a year every year to the beach and him and I would go fishing on the pier once while we were there for a week and that was it so his answer to why we didn't go fishing was we do go fishing when we go to the beach and as I got older it got worse because basically what was happening was my stepmother was happy as long as my dad was spending time with her and her kids but she made sure she ruined his relationship with his kids and ever since I was a teenager his and my relationship has went down hill and it just got worse and I've tried to fix things between him and I but at this point I don't see anything fixing anything and everytime I see him in public he tells me to call him but the phone works both ways and he has never called me the entire time I've had a cell phone and I've had one for 20 years now and he's never called me but expects me to call him and we still live less than 10 minutes away from each other til this day
Tony looks like his dad. And his dad likes to race his 442.
GD shit Tony, maken real memories is a beautiful thing,, car loven!!!!!
Today was a different side of Tess, (the Small Tire Gangsta.) Which we rarely get to see. The Cray Cray side. Too Funny. Glad Tony Got his Dad out of the house to cruise the Blvd. Good stuff guys. Thanks for taking us along for the Ride...

Love the video Tony your a lucky man to have a dad and a wife like yours !
Geez that olds is a bad m-fer!!
In the 80s I had a 78 Z28 with a 406 and a magnum express 100-300 plate and only 2 or 3 of us in town had it and pissed everyone else off and they said it was cheating..lol
Are y’all going to war in them woods????
We’re not 😢 we’re bound to home at the moment because Jello is in the final stages of liver disease.
@@MissMidnightMaverick
That’s sad indeed. I can’t imagine how you feel. Sending love and prayers!!!
LMAO squid zone
God I love that 442😍
That Olds is bad ass!!!
It’s crazy how the “new” generation of car people act. We have to change spots constantly due to bad behavior lol.
It ruins the car scene for sure. They aren’t really “car people” imo. Just trouble makers who happen to have cars. They will get everything shut down eventually because they have no respect for anyone.
Sounds like a bunch of hopped up weed eaters in the back ground.😊
I was thinking seadoos 🤣
Daughter loves the red shifter too. Shes not real sure about the thumbnail pose's 😲. Im sure tho. Great to see Tony's dad out in the 442🤠
Tony your dad seems like a lovely guy and I'm sure you love him. I watched my dad get older and more frail, he's gone now and I miss him every day. Enjoy your time with him while he's here
That looks like Lancaster Blvd. If it is I have memories of that place
Thats exactly where it is!
Great video
But the question is, Did tony approve the thumbnail 🤔🤔
Love dad and his car you guys rock
Loved the street race pyramid analogy and Tony's dad's
442 Olds such a beautiful car Good work!
Nice 442.. sounds mean. The Tony pose had me rolling. But he would have zoomed In.😅
😂 Tony stop it
Tony stop it 😂
I love Tony's dad. Awesome 442. I raced one in 1974 with my 68 Chev Caprice. I lost, lol.
Better check if loose bolts soon
Late with a comment. I wished my dad liked my drag racing days in the 80’s to 2010. Love your dad’s 442. Hopefully a inspirational and spiritual for a long time to come. Great video guys.
Love this❤! Still wish my dad was still alive to go cruising with... Just some friendly advice, show your dad he doesn't have to use that messy, sloppy paste wax/polish anymore to get or maintain a nice shine. Any decent product in a spray bottle works just as good, if not even better.
Tony and his Dad cruz'n main together was so cool. In my day, the early to mid 1960's, cruz'n main looking to see who was out and cruz'n to be seen we called 'dragg'n tha gut'. Dunno why it was called that, it was a saying coined long before my time but we'd pick up our folks rotary dial phone, call our friends and simply,, "Hey Donny, I'm headed out to 'drag tha gut',, wanna bring your Chevy out, join in and see if we can get a race or two going?". Donny had a 1953 Chev, straight axle out of a Falcon pick up under the front, balanced and printed 283 punched to 301ci and a Muncie 4speed that for the day was pretty quick. Me? I had a '53 Ford, 6 cylinder, 3 speed on the column,, it was a dog.
I'd give anything to hang with my Dad again. Been gone 26 years already. You're a good son, you have a great Dad. Thanks for showing that, brought back some great memories.
What a beautiful car! Great statement-My arm is sore from polishing, take it around again and show it off. Love the stories. That’s what it’s about. Making memories!
Tony should talk his dad into letting the two of you do a complete rebuild of his car and put a nitrous assisted 434cid SBC with two kits on EFI in it with a TH400 transmission and a Circle D converter behind it and a Tin Soldier's Fab9 rear end and QA1 Mod series coilovers in the back and struts up front and Strange stilleto style steering rack and Strange tubular a-arms and TBM brakes and a Holley Dominator ECU and do index racing with it or all steel all glass no time grudge class with it
Tony, your dad is an absolute treasure. that Oldsmobile is just gorgeous and the Panda is representing well! thanks for sharing!
Great video!
Maverick!! Stance is looking very good and fast
Man I like your dad, I’m a lot like him. Believe it or not, but I’ve had 3 mustangs a never done a donut in one of them. They weren’t the fastest things, but first stick shift one would bear cars it shouldn’t have. Now my kiddo is a bad influence, do a burnout!
We all love to race, we understand it's expensive. Awesome seeing these guys talk about the good old day's.
I love this you guys. I take my pops out in his mustang I restored for him. He still drives his. How much longer I don’t know but he loves it.
Thank you Tony for the good thumbnail approval
Lacr was a fun dragstrip back in the day I'm sure he raced there alot
He did!
@@MissMidnightMaverick that was my go to when I was in high school back in the late 90'
I would love to see the Olds some more, hopefully getting some races. Keep putting out content guys, really enjoying it.
The police heard donuts and couldn’t resist the call, they must have been disappointed. Great video.
