@@natashawoof I would love it if Too Faced would re release all their Chocolate Bar pallets, but in the same formula as the Chocolate Gold pallet. I would sincerely buy every single one of them if the quality was stellar! I have so much nostalgia for those pallets as they were one of my first makeup loves and it was at the height of the RUclips makeup creator popularity, when creators were doing fun and innovative things.

The dollar store is a quintessential American experience. There are TRUE dollar stores (where everything is truly a dollar) and there are Dollar Generals who have inexpensive items (but not really a dollar). As a kid nothing could bring as much shopping delight as walking into a dollar store with your parents and your parents tell you you can pick any one toy.
As a young teen a lot of my first makeup came from the dollar store! It wasn’t exactly good makeup but it was exciting and fun to experiment with, and I felt like a grownup being able to buy my own makeup
I think when it comes to European brands the fact that American customer base has forgotten about it is not always (or every rarely) a sign that the brand is not doing well. As far as I know Inglot is doing very well in Poland and releasing lots of stuff that is not being shown in thise youtube ”what to buy” type of videos. I think at this point Inglot is focusing on local markets rather than trying to make it very big internationally.
I buy Inglot on Amazon like a ton of people according to their sales figures on there

I agree, As a gaming girl, I love talking to people about Anime. So many want to learn. I'd be the one not putting any pressure if they hate it. My Belgium neighbours were family. They gave me a safe place away from my Dad. My bestie had me over and I hated the cartoons she loved so I would watch with her because I respected her love for Valdorak. 😂
The gatekeeping/reverse gatekeeping in the anime community is definitely too much sometimes. They both want to be the only ones who know about it and expect everyone else to know about it 😂

I mean all cool, but if you’re going to talk about a product THE SECOND time and u got so much hate the first time (i didn t comment cause i don t wanna spread hate, but i was fuming for days after the first video), at least read the description on the website of the product. No need to get a degree in anime, but at least read the one paragraph on the website where they mention both anime and that the pallets are inspired by walls. It s not even about the anime community being “insulted” but just poor quality imho. And i think it s not a crime to expect someone to show a masterpiece like AOT some recognition. and if you find this offensive than good u re a fan of hers, and that s cool for u but some people can/are allowed to appreciate content objectively.

Toothpaste with flavors that aren't mint are great for people with certain aversions to flavors. It also is encouraging to people who may be having trouble with self care due to mental health. It has helped my ( now adult) son greatly with his dental hygiene! They have been such a lifesaver! ❤😊

Cinnamon is a viable alternative to mint. It's just as sharp and strong, but great for those of us who can't do mint.
I love cinnamon toothpaste. That spicy feeling somehow also feels refreshing. I’m okay with strawberry toothpaste, only because I accidentally tried my kids’ strawberry toothpaste and it’s surprisingly yummy. Cola, otoh, absolutely not. No thank you.
I came here to say cinnamon lol. I can do orange at the dentist but when they ask about root beer I’m like no thank you lol. My some used bubblegum and I tried it once and could not get paste the mental thing that I was brushing my teeth with bubblegum.
True! When I was a kid, the favorite toothpaste of my parents was Close-Up, which is long gone.
Gotta say. I like cinnamon but like cinnamon roll cinnamon not red hots cinnamon and toothpaste is exclusively the red hots kind. Don’t want.
Cinnamon is a big NO for me, allergic as hell. You have no idea how many things have cinnamon in it.
All those blush shades and absolutely nothing in the purples or lilacs. I don't think I even saw any legit mauve shades. I am glad to see they at least did some oranges. But they are going to release that many shades, and not at least try to push the limits a bit on the colors? NYX at least did a purple in their new blushes, and Asian brands that release a ton of shades like this at least really go from one side or the spectrum of really warm shades all the way to getting as cool as them almost being a greyish purple.
My twin is allergic to mint. So, she introduced me to different flavors of toothpaste like strawberry, anise, blue raspberry, etc. I really liked the anise flavor which tasted like licorice and naturally whitened my teeth.
I think Inglot is still doing ok in Poland, they have stores in almost every mall. Not the most talked about brand here, but you hear about their new releases from polish influencers. Product quality is usually also very good. I think they won't close down anytime soon, maybe just withdraw from international market.
Polish cosmetics brands are really great quality in my experience! I hope people continue to support polish brands! And hope more come to market.
I wrote a similar comment to yours. Inglot may not be the trendiest brand but they seem to be popular in Poland and neigjbouring countries and have quite a few staple products in their arsenal that people love and keep buying.
I would actually love to try that cola-flavoured toothpaste. I have sensory issues (thanks to autism), and I can't stand strong mint flavour; I'm actually really lucky that I found a toothpaste with a very mild flavour. I know that there are other people with sensory processing issues that need to use those non-mint flavoured toothpastes. tho I can imagine that most of the population may be a bit hesitant to try such inventions 😅
May I ask what brand of tooth paste you use? My son is autistic and can't do strong mint either.

I totally understand the mint-only toothpaste view! If you ever want to try non-mint toothpastes, Boka has some flavors that still give me clean associations. Their Lemon Lavender tastes so fresh and isn’t very floral forward
I’m so sad about JD glow, I love their eyeshadows. But I agree with you, they didn’t release any palettes or something exciting other than their single eyeshadows.
I have the Watermelon flavor of the hismile toothpaste. It reminds me of watermelon fudge that I had one summer on St. Simon’s. It also tingles and has a minty aftertaste.

Idea I want to ask if you can try sometime: I have seen Betty Jean doing this before and I have always wanted to see it on you, especially since you love a orange blush. the thing I am talking about is pulling the eyeshadow into the blush, and make the blush more boom, but still blended on the edges so it looks natural.
The tooth paste are most likely not for people that doesn't want mint, because there are toothpaste without any taste. So these are most likely for people that want to make brushing their teeth more fun.
So seeing this is a task that if you live until you are 80, you'll have to do it 60 000 seperate times and you will use around 83 consecutive days only brushing you teeth.... I can understand why people might want to make it more fun.
And as someone with AuDHD, I struggled with brushing my teeth, to the point that I don't want to say out loud how long I went without brushing them. Most of it was because of sensory issues, although it didn't only have to do with the taste, I imagine something like this (that actually are promoted to adults / aren't specifically for children) could've helped me a lot.
But now that I am used to it, to the point that I actually have to stop myself from brushing them more than twice a day (because now I get sensory issues when they are dirty), I am like you and can't imagine me feeling clean after brushing them with these tooth pastes.
So it's not for me and you, but I think there is a big market for it. Espesially since it is something people will do a double take on... You know, that thought of seeing something you have never even thought of🤷🏽♀
Of course rude comments would get to you sometimes! You’re human! I honestly think you’re really good about how you handle it. You don’t respond. Or, few times I’ve seen where you did respond to a comment that, to me, seemed pretty rude, you were very respectful in your reply. And that is one of the things that make you so amazing! 🙌 You always try to be respectful while being honest!! There’s always going to be people to be rude and/or complain about SOMETHING! Dollar General has a brand called Believe and their foundation is awesome. It used to be $5.00, but now it's $5.50. I got three shades on a recent road trip, because I don't have any Dollar Generals in my small city, just Dollar Trees. I don't really go to either type of store, only the DG for foundation!!

Are they trying to re-brand these things to make them seem innovative or are they actually different than "original" highlighters? This is just confusing to me and not making me want to buy them to see if they are different!
Believe beauty is in dollar general and they have nice products. I love the foundation. Good cream blushes, and decent eyeshadow if i remember correctly. I'd check out the profusion brand.
Good morning Angelica! This is random but would you ever do a video trying kbeauty? There’s a blush formula that I keep seeing that was brought over to the US via Amazon that was launched in 30 shades that keeps being reviewed but no one I watch regularly has tried it. If you ever consider a kbeauty video, the blush is the pudding pot from fwee.

Ensley Reign's Cosmic Dremer is a re-release, I am not sure if I will get that particular pallet.
I'm autistic and can't stand mint. I absolutely HATE it. I use a chocolate flavored toothpaste with flouride from amazon. It's the only thing that i can stand to brush my teeth with. Obviously, it's not for everyone, but there is a market for people who are neurodiverse. 😊 Gotta say: Lovvee your eye look Angie!❤

@rabbiroz3806 I ordered both of Amy’s products too!! Do you have other Adept products? I recently purchased Samarian Sunset (my first Adept palette), and I’m really struggling with the mattes! If you are familiar with Adept’s formula, I’m open to any advice you may have lol thanks in advance ❤
@@mallorykreiger I do have other Adept palettes, but don’t recall struggling with the mattes. Is it the blending that is tough? I usually apply light mattes first and then layer darker ones atop. Not sure what method you are trying, but maybe reverse your order of application. If you go light to dark, then try starting with the darker shadows and then going to the lighter ones or visa versa.
@@rabbiroz3806 yes! I have tried starting dark to light, and vice versa, but the looks don’t appear vivid. It’s like the clarity of the color gets lost, and the vibrancy of the tones are nowhere near the pigmentation of BBB, Ensley Reign or BlendBunny. Maybe the Adept formula is just different from what I’m used to? Thanks for your help ❤️

It’s just my impression that the formula doesn’t show up as well, and I’m looking for feedback from people who speak highly of the brand because they also enjoy the other brands I mentioned, but I haven’t been able to get the mattes to show up well on the lid. The colors are very difficult to build up in my experience, and I was honest enough, and respectful enough, to ask for assistance rather than bad mouth the brand or leave nasty reviews.

Idk if you have tried the new ELF O Face Lipsticks but WOW they are so good. I haven’t used or tried a drugstore lipstick in years and my favorites are the satin and balmy formulas from PMG, CT, and Huda, and the new ELF ones definitely compete with all of them! They smell, look, and feel high end and even the packaging feels really nice!

I'm excited about the Armani blushes - I'm hoping you try on at least one of them - not that I don't have enough blush. Personally, I like the Nomad formula, with the Ghost palette being my favorite since it is muted. I also like Cosmic Brushes. I haven't loved the Klarity formula.

I’m with you about mint for toothpaste (also floss… I recently got Cocofloss and the flavors are ✨wild✨), like I ONLY want mint, but I think maybe bubblegum or like tutti fruiti as long as it is light and/or they could make it icy, like the fruit flavored mints.. kids toothpaste I see bubblegum a lot, and I definitely have had the dental hygienist offer bubblegum or fruit punch as alternatives to mint for fluoride treatment, and I am like no ma’am only mint for me 👏🏼🩵

I have a lovely Orange Blossom toothpaste by the brand Marvis. I first got it in a subscription box, and almost didn't even try it. Glad I did, it's divine.
I wish we had those low prices for "drugstore" make-up here in Australia, if I want to buy the NYX HD Pressed Powder id be paying $27.16 plus $5.52 postage so all up it would cost me $32.68 for 1 product. I dont know how much it is instore id have to go searching. Thats another issue we dont have that many physical stockists for some popular brands so we always have to go searching or go online & pay insane shipping prices. ❤

Hey Angie! I have only ever used non-mint toothpaste because I have never liked the flavor of mint. So I can say that there exist better non-mint toothpastes out there that aren't grossly sugary and still leave a fresh aftertaste!

Omg Inglot!! I used to go to a few stores in Vegas when I would go. They had a couple out there and then one year I went and they were all closed down. But I went to Vegas in January and they have a new store open in the Planet Hollywood shops! I use a few of their eye shadows because they are so affordable!! Thanks for sharing that! I’ll have to check out their site for the new items. I may be in the minority but I do love their shadows lol

So I actually just bought 2 Hismile toothpastes at CVS, because my kids are obsessed with mango. (I bought the mango and the peach tea.) We opened the mango right away and it's very nice! It does have a little mintiness too. Neither the flavour nor the mint are strong, just pleasant. They have a lot of fruity flavours, plus some chocolate and vanilla type.

35:52 hey so the toothpaste with mint makes me nauseous big time and honestly don’t knock flavored toothpaste without trying it. It’s not the same as sugary but has the freshness of the actual baking soda, strawberry root etc. as regular toothpaste. It does feel fresh as opposed to sugar.

Re toothpaste with flavours, theres curaprox who make different flavours like watermelon, peach, grapefruit, and they are based in switzerland i think. Of course there's Marvis, which i believe is italian, and korres who are greek. I'm always on the lookout for options that are affordable, still leave you feeling fresh, but i rarely find them at supermarkets.

Dollar General’s are common in TX. You can definitely find one in the Austin area as well. I work out of Dallas and only buy my soda from there cause the price difference adds up. It’s not a dollar store.

I am wondering , now that we are into spring going into summer, can you recommend a small/mini eyeshadow palette that I can use as a compagnon palette for all those pastel light and bright summer/spring palettes/shades. I just need a dark shade in my outer corner. And a lot of summery or spring palettes don't have that. Can't use the Mini Xenon either for pastel shades. The P. Louise loose powder blush with a poof is a little bit weird to me, how can you use a powder blush with a puff on top? I counted 6 reds that look so similar to the others. They could have cut in half and released 10 new blushes. I prefer my powder blushes to be in the standard regular packaging.

@@azombieee The company she was talking about, Hismile. The taste name is actually "cinnamon donut", but it actually just tastes like cinnamon, to me at least. I love it!

IF a brand just do palettes, I'm just not interested and I've being eyeing simply posh and Ensley Reing for 2 years now and i hadn't buy anything yet cause it's a palette behind a palette behind a palette behind some singles of the same palettes and it's so boring.
