Easy Speed Unlock Segway Ninebot E22E | Unboxing | Unlocking top speed

- In this video I will unbox and unlock the top speed of the Ninebot E22E. For the unlock you will need:
1. Android Phone
2. Download XiaoFlasher
3. The scooter tuned on and not connected to other devices
Going to the app you need to connect to the Scooter and then when the scooter is connected, you can simply change the region to your desired preferences.
Of course, you will do this on your own responsibility, if you decide to do it, I shouldn't and I will not be held responsible for your actions and this video shows what I have done to my scooter. :)
The top speed then you will see is 26km/h. BUT! This is the top speed without a rider so take into consideration a difference when riding the scooter.
The difference between the E22E and the E25D for example in terms of speed are not existing in this stage but maybe outdoor when they will be tested, maybe differences will be shown.
The most important aspect is that the scooter is a fine machine and is very nice to look at. With the 9 inch wheels, it looks cool and fresh. Also, the dashboard is simple and easy to use, like every other Segway Ninebots I have tested.
This is my first review of the Ninebot E22E and soon I will put the E22E and E25D to the outdoor test so I can talk about any differences. So, stay connected to my channel for more videos like this.

Does it matter which region you choose? On a straight smooth road got to like 23-24 but ima big guy. Do i have to connect with bluetooth every time? Just did this and definetly better on hills, thank you!
did it in like 10 seconds...so easy! thanks. Now I can go from 20 to 27-28 , Sweet! BTW, that speed is only on S (red) mode.

Hay I did this to my scooter it takes about 1.5 miles before the speed increases after full charge . Is this normal . Or is there away to have the speed all the time

This dosen't work for my e22e? Anyone know the problem? It just enables the max speed for non sportmode. The acceleration is shit and I have to go down a hill for it to increase the speed over 20 kmh. Don't seem to be working for sportmode.

Anyone PLEASE help me how to unlock location with E22D while having iPhone. I'm desperate. Or can I do it on Windows? Or on an old phone which is still Android, but what if I open the app in my current iPhone and I guess it still locates device to Germany? Any help appreciated, the only iPhone app I found is closed a long time ago.

So I have the E22E. I download the app I did all the spets and the scooter ride more than 20kph. Then I try to establish the manufacturer settings and all good. But I noticed my SE changed and my app features changed too. Now I am stuck and quite worried because I don't know what I have to do. Can someone help me please?
Try reading the scooter it should show up as a different set and add it that's what worked for me

My scooter E22 doesn't have this option to change speed limit. The problem I'm having is that I bought it about 3 months ago and it was reaching the advertised speed of 20km/h but now it decreased to 15 km/h. What's going on??

@@Kakispakis depends on what you expect from your scooter. For 10km/day commute in my case it works fine but for more km an additional battery can be an alternative.
