This is why I love online, You can almost never dunk the CPUs
Mario does have a true combo into f-air that works on mid to lightweight characters from 80% (lightweight) to 101% (mid weight). All you need to do is d-throw to f-air at the ledge. If your opponent DI's it will be harder to land obviously.
