It's a great build, now all I have to do is make 2 in OO scale. Piece of cake, I don't think so, but I will give it a try. Thanks for sharing this video. Martin. (Thailand)

Hello Martin and Thailand, it did take me a bit of trial and error and some calculating on the arch sizes and spacing, but if you just take your time and do a bit of planning, you should be able to get a result. Thanks for watching. John

I really like the construction of the viaduct. The finished model looks good with plenty of clearance for the trains passing over. Stephen

Hi Stephen, I took your advice in a reply to a comment I made on your viaduct video to make sure I had plenty of clearance. Cheers John

Great looking viaduct, a guide for others to use as there is not many ready built curved viaducts available.

Thanks Steve, finally got there in the end with the build after much experimenting and ideas from the channels I mentioned in the video/description. Cheers John

Hi John, like the viaduct, it came together great, quite tricky working that out but worth the effort in the end and what I really like it’s a really neat and tidy job, cheers John, John

Hi John and thanks. I was thinking of adding some butresses, etc to it at one stage but I quite liked the look of it as it is.

Great scratch build John! I remember Stephen from Elvenhome going through a similar process when he made his - and now he's rebuilding it to accomodate a more gentle curve I think! I'm making a mental note to make sure any viaducts that appear on my layout are straight, as I'm sure if I attempted anything so complicated it wouldn't end well! Ian

Funny you should say that Ian, Stephens video was the one that inspired me to do mine!! Oh yes, if you can get away with straight viaducts it will make your life way way easier. John
