What other types of kitchens and professional operations would you like to see filmed like this ? Let us know here.
i would love to see how a fancy banquet gets handled! or one of those really exclusive posh places without prices on the menu lol. but honestly anything will be interesting - it could be a food truck or a michelin starred restaurant (or a bakery/tea shop!) and i will still watch
I would love to see a restaurant that survived the lockdown by transitioning to a food truck and deciding to successfully stay as one (or two).
Restaurant with a heavy sushi-element. That would be amazing to see. Oh and really popular food trucks.
italian would be so fun to see
idc just do more videos like this
Tells the chef that his zig zags are uneven, then runs the dish to the wrong table lol. Classic front of house.
the one thing doesnt have to do anything with the other
@@netspheres They have two things to do with the other, in fact.
@@LosBerkos why does she have to be flawless to criticize someone lol
@@netspheres cause, just cause. 😂
lol
I love this vid! Not many people understand the stress of working in a restaurant kitchen. The long hours, no days off, and constant stressful environment, lets respect those who dedicate their life working in hospitality
Super vlog 👍 🤝 +1
I mean… I’ve always thought it looked nearly impossible… much respect
It shouldn't have to be like that though.
Oh hello fave chef
thats how big resturants be
I'm in awe. With these videos you get so much appreciation for the hardwork that goes into what we eat. Always be nice to your servers and praise the people who make your food. 😊
This is the best content BA has produced since Gourmet Makes. I want more!

This is incredibly impressive how much you do with such a small space and so few people.
9:42 that's what she gets for flaming his zigzags lol. All jokes aside, this was an amazing video. The food looks so good and creative. I would love to visit one day
ahahaha that was my first thought.
She 100% picks the plate up and serves it to the right table if there are no cameras present.
Okay this is humbling and awe inspiring. What a fabulous story. I love the boss running that pass 1000/10 so clean so professional. The three in the kitchen re-heating or second step assembling WOW OMFG these guys are good!!! This is obviously such a respectful team who truly cares about the food they are surviving. 1000/10 again wow wow wow so well done on everyone’s part. Fantastic!!!!
BA this is the best content youve made a while please keep up this series
I absolutely loved this video! I hope this video gets the respect it so much deserves! I have done this job for the better part of my life, after having kids (just before Covid) changed jobs. But life at the pass still gets me, it was always a trill to get the evening rolling! Much love!
i love this SO much. please keep making these
I love these videos, it's incredible to see the intricate art that happens inside New York City kitchens.
this is my favorite episode so far of this series well done!
So organized and the food looks amazing !!
Admirable kitchen staff. Valuable content. Great narration. Perfect clip length.
What a beautifully well oiled machine. In such a confined space. Very impressive.
Keep making this series!!
I love this series coz I can understand how the kitchen works.
With 15 yrs in the food service industry, I thought this would give flashbacks. LOL It did not but it did delight me to bits! Passionate restauranteurs talking out their PROCESS!!!
Yes! Special Interest Monologue!
Every time i see videos like this, i am blown away by the amount of labor and product is needed to run a restaurant regardless of size. I cherish every meal i have at any restaurant
We need more content like this. I like to see how other chefs and restaurant owners run their kitchen.
Great video! Hope this is a continuing series.
I love this. Got some efficiency tips for my small cafe kitchen.
I love this video format. Do more please !!!
Excellent video! Such dedication in such tight quarters! Great looking food too!
I would have a hard time not getting frustrated with that one-way criticism dynamic at the pass.
Yeah man and she probably underpay them too 😂
It's not personal. Expo always is in control and proactive in their communication and the cooks are reactive and basically trust her calls.
crazy to think that that criticism is what keeps the dynamic and quality perfect in this kitchen. the chefs trust her, and vice versa. it’s a great atmosphere
I'm sure the chefs got a good chuckle after she came back to fess up to her mistake with the chicken dish lol
BA needs to make more videos like this. Showing the same people in their test kitchen gets a little boring, but never when Brad is involved!
Very cool content this, would love to see more of this format!
"Drew, your zig zags are a little uneven eh?" This is a reason why I don't miss my days of working at a fancy restaurant lol.
I've been in kitchens for a few years I would never break Into the fine dining world so much stress and precision It would be tough.
I dont think a single chef would miss it once they get out.
Loved this video format!
Does no one else feel sorry for this staff? I admire their skill but those working conditions are unsustainable.
yeah all the stationary standing will kill their legs in the long term
Welcome to the restaurant world
Almost every restaurant has "unsustainable" working conditions. Working in a kitchen is probably one of the most stressful jobs on the planet. There's rarely any time to rest for a minute.
Super interesting to see, want more of this type of videos.
Great series. Do many more of these.
This was really fascinating. Thanks
I love these multi cam episodes. The diner one is rad too!
LOVE THESE TYPE OF VIDEOS 👏🏽👏🏽
Still go back and watching the morning service with the blueberry 🫐 pancakes 🥞 😮💨💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
one of my fave series!! more plss
loved this!!
That was astounding. Small, tight, efficient and high quality. Very admirable and likely to stay around for quite some time. Great vid 😎👍🏼
Please do more of these!
Love these vids. Make me wanna go out to eat!
in my college days, i worked in BIG line kitchens. bravo for working in such a small space. FYI: love the content.
Awesome insight video! Would love to see more videos based on a day in the life of a chef.
what a sick video I always wondered. Thank you!
What an amazing team!
I love this video format
outstanding indeed.
havent watched it yet, but thx for this brilliant idea, i am a professionel trained chef and would love to see ppl beeing able to see what a real kitchen service is like!
This is truly excellent content!
So impressed!
more of these videos i loved this one
Outstanding!
Love this!
very smart and well organized team! everyone seems to like just go with the flow XD well done to the team 👌
This is insane and impressive. The cooks deserve a bigger kitchen!
OMG I am impressed and one complaining about the kitchens that give us this is wonderful I will show this to my colleagues
Felt so calm watching the hectic-ness of working in a resto. Massive well done to them for talking in such a respectful tone to each other. Unlike other kitchens I've seen on TV haha...
High Quality, Excellence, Efficiency. This is the true essence of Lean!
That was great 👏🏼
So much respect for everyone in the kitchen!
Amazing!!! 😍
I could honestly watch this for hours
Great teamwork and toast pos helps with the smooth flow of the operation.
No love for the primo in the back ensuring all the pans and pots are there and clean so they don’t cross contaminate or get embarrassed huh?
he has a non-speaking role apparently.
This reminds me of how I managed to cook for 6 people in my apartment with about 30x30cm of counter space left to prep everything, except on top worldclass restaurant level. Absolutely amazing!
I love the appreciation of the employees
very fascinating!
Great informative video.
Wow. Awesome vid.
They handle that tiny kitchen beautifully. Keep up with this style.
amazing
Omg best vid 💯
Whoa. Amazing video.
this video is art
Seriously badass efficient and nice menu.
Wow !
those 3 chefs cook, plate and garnish all by themselves its amazing. best treat them well cuz otherwise im sure every other restaurant in the city will snatch these guys up.
More please
Such a cool video. The REAL food network.
Is it weird that i want to watch this all day lol
what about the guy who is cleaning the dishes ? he should have the same recognition as everyone lol
Exactly
No
Employers like to hide away their illegal immigrant workers because of the illegality.
We all know dish pit recieves the least recognition while also recieving the most verbal abuse.
this restaurant seems amazing! the only thing I wish that they use tray to serve food
awesome
wah this video is TRULY awesome... lovely the 'subtleties' in the comments..noice... thank you for producing this video... loved it.. more pls
Great video
Great video.
Cool!
just as amazing as the Michelin-Starred Restaurant one
James just completely unfazed by the rice cake rocket at 10:18
The induction stoves also help with reducing the amount of unwanted heat
I worked in a restaurant for 10 years, 6 years as a Lead/server and 4 years as a manager. The only thing I miss is the food, that's it haha
Insane
very nice
Nice to see restaurants getting back to business as usual.
I love her voice , great video
Well done Chefs
Xavier's back sweat off the paddle fan really adds the secret umami flavor to all the grilled meats lol
Right? Isn't that a health hazard of some sort? Same reason you dont hang tongs on your apron.
I didn't even notice this was BA 👀 well done 👏🏼
very interesting
So interestin
