IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

I'm starting the 2021 weight loss challenge. Since Covid 19 situation has started I gained like 7 kg. My starting weight is now 62.7 kg (my height is 161 cm) and what has motivated me is the fact that yesterday I went shopping with my mum and nothing I tried fitted me. I almost cried because I didn't realise how bad my weight situation was.
Today is my day 1 and I can say that I have no resistance at all anymore lol, but I kept going and finished all the exercises (even if I did all the low impacts and other exercises in place of planks because I really had no energy).
If you see my comment please like and remind me to update. Let's see how far I will go in 21 days.

So I started a week ago and I already lost 1 kg. I had to stop for some days because I lost my favourite person in the world and his loss hurt me a lot. But I'm continuing and I'm feeling a lot better. Still not doing the exercises like a pro but yes, I can see some results on my belly.
You can do it maybe it is not going to easy and maybe you're going to have mental breakdowns but in the end of all of this you're gonna be happy

I'm a diabetic guy since i was 10 (31 now) and my diabetes values were around 190 a few exams back, the last ones were 130 (the normal should be 80-120) and thanks to Chloe. Day 1 completed- Total loss 230 Calories
Day 2 completed- arms and back workout - calories burnt 120KCal
Day 3 completed- Calories burnt 343 Kcal . It was so intense with HIIT workout + Abs. My body is crying 😭 and happy at the same time.
Day 4 - recovery day
Day 5 - completed . Calories burnt 275Cal. These exercise are so good and intense even though I am not able to perform all of them always going for easy version for some of the exercises but still burning these much calories it a good achievement!!
Day 6 completed- Booty workouts. Calories burnt 199 Kcal
Day 7- rest day
Day 8 completed- calories burnt 230Kcal
Weight status- no much change observed. Measured weight- 55.1kg
But now I can complete all the workouts though for some of the intense workout I still prefer low impact.
Day 9 completed- calories burnt 291Kcal.

When you wear glasses:
- you have to take them off when doing hiit
- you cant see the timer
- you have to mentally prepare yourself to do each exercise for an eternity ;((

I wear glasses and I don’t have this problem, I normally wear my glasses from the last prescription though so I don’t damage my current ones.
At least you have the audio cues! When there are only 3 seconds left on rests/exercises, you'll hear three beeps. Listen out for those, it might help :)

I'm so thankful for the low impact versions of each exercise. It's been awhile since I've worked out and if there wasn't a low impact option I probably would've given up. Hopefully in the future I can do each exercise just like you and keep up. I'm so happy this video was only 10 minutes😩

Hey guys! OK Im gonna be updating lately so here's my update ;-)
For those who are new to Cloe's workouts! You'll get stronger with time being!! You can do it!!
Day 1- OK I completed my first day and I'm really sweaty and it was Ohkay!!!
Day 2: it was fine and it basically focused on arms so It wasn't that hard!
Day 3: it was kinda hard cuz most of'em was focused on core and I was tryna engage my cores in a best way! I tried but most of the time it was not lol! But it was worth it! Not to mention I was swimming in my sweat lol!
Day 5: it was okay which focused on almost every part of core and I thought I wouldn't be able to do the rest of exercises after the hiit workout cuz y'know it's kinda hard but I did it!! Moving on to the next day;-)
Day 6: it was all booty and core! But guys it wasn't that hard though! I hope I'm doing good 😌 and hope it goes well! And I'm feeling like I started to see results!
Day 7- Rest day but I did cardio so that I was falling asleep again lol! It was good!
Day 8- it was kinda tough and I took longer breaks but I made it through!!
Day 9- not bad;-) it was all focussed on booty so I had it burn today!!
Day 10- it was hiit 20 min and defined abs but it was fun!!
Day 11- Rest day and I did cardio instead ;-) ( just didn't wanted to rest )
Day 12-it was not that hard but was all on belly and core!! Let's hit that heart rate up and workout guys!!!
Day 13- Oh my god! I'm done with the 13 day!! I was kinda literally dying on my mat. But in the end it's worth it!! Keep on going you guys!!! You got this
Day 14 &15 - 14 was rest day and I skipped my workout for 3 days! So here I am doing my 15 day after 3 days skip and it was a nice body crush down!! It was totally intense ! Let's move on!!
Day 16&17- I've done day 16 and mostly skipped the workout and did the day 17! I don't wanna skip anymore!
Day 18- it was pretty intense and I skipped 2 workouts! Haha
Day 19-it was super hiit!! Intense but creaky fun!
Day 20: yow guys it was nice! Focused all on arms and core! Good enough!
Day 21- I was really being super lazy to do workout but yeah... I managed go do it somehow!! It was great, burned some calories haha!
Day 22- Rest day
Day 23 - great workout guys... I did it! Way to much sweating haha!!
Day 24- it wasn't that hard like the start and it was short ;-) I mean it was really good all focussed on arms!! Great workout.
Day 25- not a big deal today, kinda been used to it but it was nice! Love the feeling after completing it!
Day 26- Rest day
Day 27- it was great and nice .cant believe Iam almost on the final day.
Day 28 - GOD!! Iam done with my 28 days 2021 weight loss challenge and I'm so proud'uv myself . I've started to notice my rezults and it's really nice! It ain't like my body has totally gone from fat to super slim, Nah,.. These results are really minor like you merely notice it and day by day it gets better! And I'm looking forward to do more Cloe ting challenges..! You got this guys! Trust me it's worth it! =)

Like when you're doing your workouts it's improving you to build your muscle and eventually it will lead to loosing weight! but here it basically focuses more on loosing weight ! But if you're looking for building muscle and don't wanna loose weight then there are plenty of exercises out there i guess ! Just my personal opinion though!

I'm finally seeing results and I'm happy my workouts are turning out to be rewarding. I'm avoiding food that bloats me (cheese, milk - I switched to oat milk) and I'm being careful with carbs (pasta once a week and pizza on my cheat day if I want - I'm italian so you can imagine how we eat pasta basically everyday...! But I switched to soy noodles and damn, I'm very happy with those. I've also substituted regular bread with whole rye or cereal bread), I'm eating more veggies and fruit. Your workouts do the rest of the magic.

@@CC-hw3et I usually cook zucchini and carrots and make a broth, or I roast zucchini, put some soy sauce when they're ready and then add either salmon or tuna :)
@@hancognito this is gonna be horrible advice, but if you can’t control what gets put into your body, you might have to just do more chore thing videos. See what you can bargain with your aunt, to change the diet, or tell her give you less food, but it seems like you have to just burn more calories if you can’t reduce the calories you consume. It almost sounds like your aunt is just force feeding you lol?

This is day one of the 21 day weight loss program for me. I used to exercise quite a bit and I really enjoyed it, but on the begining of 2021 I had a breakdown and couldn't find motivation for anything, including exercise. Now, months later, I'm finally managing to get my life back together. I hope this goes well!

Thanks for sharing this low impact workout! I weigh 198 lbs and sought a low impact workout because I have fused discs in my neck and back due to abuse during my childhood and 24 year marriage. I also have a pinched nerve in my neck and bulging disc in my back, sciatica on both sides, and I have pain in my hips and knees. At 57 years old and highest weight of 201 lbs the other day I know I have to get healthy. I have seen reels of several people who have used your workouts and have had amazing results so I figured I would give it a try! I am starting with the low impact moves, and even have to modify them, but I made it through to the end! This is day one for me, January 9, 2024, and I look forward to continuing until the end! Do give it a try it was a good experinece
