Seconding this. The crossbow is currently better than the eruptor in literally every way. Shots do more damage, with more reliability, more accuracy, better AOE, more ammo, faster reload, faster rate of fire, same armor penetration, and to top it all off it's one handed as well.

I feel like we're REALLY underestimating the crossbow. It was overbuffed to a RIDICULOUS degree. You kill so much, so fast w/o having to aim while being able to destroy fabs and holes. Kills chargers FROM THE FRONT by shooting the underside and letting the AOE hit the weak point (whats crazy is you can do this with hulks too! but its much harder and dont suggest it lol). AND it destroys most bots comfortably (also shits on bile spewers). Its simply so versatile. All you need is a secondary that handle things right in your face, and we have no shortage of those things anymore. Alternatively, a support weapon that can do that for you (flamethrower for bugs, and Las cannon for bots if you care for it) will also have you covered. I often find that things cant even get to me and when they finally do, I just kill them with the laser pistol.

Fallout the crossbow is one of the best weapons in the game. It can kill chargers and inhalers and Hulks, and it will one or two shot any other chaff in the game It's literally a better erupter, it has a faster fire rate and it destroys everything in the game

ive always been a fan of orbital gas as the DOT previous was great for bug breachs. Now gas nades are my new stuns due to the confusion mechanic. Changing the gas mechanic was genius and adds so much more to gameplay than it being just flame alternative with poor damage.
The Incendiary Breaker and Jar-5 being in many people's top tier or A tier weapons means that I don't think there's any way the Steeled Veterans is a B. It essentially gives you a great weapon against bots and bugs as an amazing starter kit for primaries.
Gives you the 2 best weapons for each faction the objectively coolest secondary and a decent grenade allong with one of the best bot armors. id really say everyone should prioritise steeled veterans

Let's break down the poor takes in this video: -Experimental infusion is the best booster in the game, if someone on your team does not have it, you are throwing. Both a stamina and vitality booster in one, you can sprint a tier faster while under the effects (ie medium armor will run at light armor speed, heavy at medium). If you have enough stims you will survive anything with this booster. -The liberator concussive is a monster. Having a lower fire rate does not matter because you stun everything you shoot. 60 rounds in a magazine compared to the 45 rounds the pummeler has makes it significantly better at stopping more things in your path. The only upside the pummeler has in comparison to the concussive is being one handed. -Breaker incendiary is the best bug weapon to exist. Nothing does the job of slaying bugs better than this gun. The ammo nerf recently is obnoxious sure, but the DOT damage from it neutralizes all light and medium armor targets faster and more efficiently than everything else. The standard breaker is nowhere near as good as it used to be, as the recoil is sickening and hard to control. The only weapon that comes close to its efficiency shotgun-wise is the cookout and the punisher plasma (more on the latter below), which has the DOT damage and being able to reload while shooting makes it a 60-round shotgun. - Punisher plasma trivializes bots. While not so effective on bugs, it cleaves through all light armor enemies in 1 well placed shot, and about 4-5 shots for heavier enemies, while stun locking them (that means no ragdolling) Arc-12 blitzer is extremely powerful close range burst damage weapon, but it doesn't stack up well compared to our other available primaries -The crossbow, despite your beliefs, is very much not a meme. Having about more damage on paper compared to the eruptor, while being more mobile, faster reload, shot time, and 1-handed make this one of the best primaries in the game for both bots and bugs. One shotting all tiers up to nursing spewers (two shots), makes it an easy-to-use crowd control weapon. Not only that, but you can close bug holes with it, meaning that now your grenade, probably thermite, will be used for heavy enemies, and your secondary can be something that provides close range protection. The only real downside with crossbow is its range fall off and not being able to use it close range. The ranking seems to be born out of ignorance, as you haven't used many different loadouts that build around each other. For example, 90% of the gameplay shown is using shield pack. While easy to use and can save you lots of pain, it pales in comparison to other backpacks, like supply pack. Having 8-12 extra stims (if you use medic armor) and extra grenades allows the player to easily traverse nasty situations and solo clear mega nests with a little bit of finesse.
Medic armor with experimental infusion is nuts. When he ranked the polar patriots higher than other warbonds and said the crossbow was a meme he lost all credibility. One of the few things he got right is the chemical agents being last, it really sucks, why give 2 stratagems instead of weapons, the stratagems should have been available for everyone and instead introduce some actual weapons with the gas mechanic, like a shotgun, a dart rifle or whatever
I agree with all your takes to a certain extent, but some less than others, listen I love using the plasma punisher but it needs a buff, I don't think it needs a buff to damage just more ammo in the mag, having only 8 shots is criminal, and the liberator concussive does have a place in the team dynamic, it just isn't THE BEST because it isn't suppose to be its a great support weapon but I have to beg to t=differ with the breaker inciendieary. When you have ammo you shred, but you barely ever do have ammo with this gun now.
I agree with everything you said except the blitzer part. For me, for bugs at least, few primaries stack up well compared to the blitzer. It chews through medium targets at stun locks everything. You can coral an entire bug breach single handedly, bile spewers and all, so long as you aren't flanked by hunters. S+ tier for me
The plasma punisher in my opinion is in a great spot, it doesn't really need anything to make it better because then it becomes too good, overshadowing everything else. At this point it's a very strong contender for the best bot weapon, purely because of its versatility against the enemies. The liberator concussive is by no means the best, but for the role its filling as a stunning and crowd controller, it is the primary for the job. The most effective part about the weapon is the flesh damage being so good, being able to blow up nursing spewers relatively quickly. As for the Breaker Incendiary, there is a bit more to the gun than there used to be. Previously, you could just spray full magazines into crowds until everything is dead, now there is a bit more strategy involved. Do you wait for the DOT to finish off enemies or do you spray until its dead, at the cost of ammo. The guns efficiency is still very much there, and if you really want to feel like it did pre-nerf, just run supply pack. While I do think the blitzer is good, it is not S+ tier in any world at the moment. I would say a strong A tier. What holds it back is slow fire rate and lower than most weapon damage. Being able to get through armor is very ideal for a primary, but the rate at which it will kill, especially if there are many high health bugs swarming you, leaves some to be desired. The weapons range is also nothing special, I would rather take something like liberator penetrator or even crossbow to remove the threat before they reach me.
Only thing I disagree with is putting the incendiary breaker over the cookout. Cookout can 1-tap hunters and warriors reliably, and while having slower fire rate, it has round reload and stagger. Incen breaker is good, but it feels too weak at single target damage before DoT. Plus ammo economy is really hurting with it now. Meanwhile, I rarely if ever run out of cookout ammo.
18:12 Crossbow is THE hardest hitting primary in the game. It one shots all chaff enemies if you aim in their general direction, it can kill an entire group of devistators/hive guards/brood commanders/bile spewers in 2-3 shots, it can destroy bug holes and bot fabricators, it can kill hulks and chargers, it can destroy shrieker nests and spore spewers, and it can kill tanks. Saying it is a meme gun is heresy and is deserving of a dislike.
Anyone looking for advice on which warbond to get first, please don't listen to this guy's tier list. Steeled Veterans and Cutting Edge are the two main options to look at because they provide you with necessary upgrades to your arsenal via improved primaries. Primaries will make or break your game experience, so if you're only getting one warbond, or want to decide which to get first, this is absolutely what you should be looking at. Both of these warbonds give you solid primaries for both the bot and bug front, so they're well rounded in that regard. Democratic Detonation is a good second pick afterwards because the Grenade Pistol is just that good, but the other weapons are slightly more niche. Steeled Veterans has the JAR-5 for the bots and the Incendiary Breaker for the bugs. There's a reason you will always see these weapons in every mission you play, they're just that good. JAR-5 requires a bit of practice to get the handling down, but you absolutely want medium penetration on your bot primary. The Incendiary Breaker trivializes small enemies on bugs and leaves your support stratagems open to handle everything else, while also being useful to help bring down mediums as well. The fact that this guy doesn't recognize how top tier both of these weapons are should be enough to cast doubt on what he's saying. Cutting Edge has the Blitzer for bugs and Punisher Plasma for bots. Sickle can be useful for both, but it's better on bots due to the large number of chaff enemies in endgame bug missions. It also has the stun grenades which opens up a lot of play, but will likely require you to bring a secondary that closes nests/fabricators which means getting the Grenade Pistol from Democratic Detonation. Overall I would recommend getting Steeled Veterans first because the primaries feel a slight notch above those found in Cutting Edge, though there is definitely room to make the case for CE.

The Crossbow is the best primary in the game right now. Thermite is the best grenade in the game right now. And the grenade pistol is probably still the best secondary though of course it is less needed if you're running the crossbow. These 3 are already enough to win this warbond the top spot. I would recommend getting Cutting Edge second. The Blitzer is still one of the best bug primaries. The Sickle beats most if not all assault rifles just on ammo economy alone. And the Dagger is a decent secondary choice these days. The Punisher Plasma is way outclassed by the Crossbow these days. And the stun grenades are basically worthless because after the update we're killing things so quickly anyways that there isn't much need for extra stunning. And then I would recommend getting Steeled Veterans third. The Dominator is a top three bot primary. The Breaker Incendiary is a top five bug primary, though they really need to give it those 2 mags back, it really struggles on certain map enemy seeds. And the Senator also gets points for being the only secondary that has level 3 penetration. The Incendiary grenade is made redundant by the Impact Incendiary grenade which is just better. The Liberator Concussive is alright, its probably one of the better or at least one of the more unique assault rifles, it's also a good alternative to the Pummeler, but it's not what you're looking for if you're just looking at what's meta. The reason I would get Cutting Edge before Steeled Veterans here is because the weapons feel more unique. I think the Counter Sniper is a good enough alternative to the Dominator after the patch damage wise and doesn't have the terrible handling that a new player may struggle with. For the Breaker Incendiary like I said it struggles on certain enemy seeds and I and others have observed that post patch the seeds that the Incendiary struggles on (those with more medium enemies) seem to have become more common. Newer players also usually seem to gravitate more towards weapons with effectively infinite ammo, which the Blitzer, Sickle and Dagger offer.
Steeled veterans as not top 3 is absolutely insane. Saying normal breaker is better than fire breaker is insane. Saying experimental infusion isn't that good is insane. Crossbow being called a meme weapon is insane when its the best primary right now. Polar Patriots over Steeled Veterans and Freedoms Flame is insane.
My one premium war bond that I have is Democratic detonation, and I'm so pleased with it. The Eruptor is amazing. It can close bug holes, rip apart packs of enemies, and take out objectives like shrieker nests and spores from range. For bugs, I use that, a stalwart, thermite grenades, dealers choice secondary, and an ammo pack on my back for unlimited supplies. It works like a charm.
If you need to test DR, you can drop planet side with 1-2 friends, one shoots you with DR, one shoots you without DR, and check the Friendly Fire numbers at the end of the mission. Maybe use light armor so less DR from armor comes into play. Also Experimental Infusion is crazy, one stim while being gaggled by bugs and you feel almost invincible. Less insane on Bots but you move so fast with a speed buff + the infinite stamina from a stim goes crazy
Love your videos Fallout but you really missed with this one. Crossbow is beyond cracked, experimental infusion is arguably top 3 boosters, and the breaker incendiary is hands down the best bug killer still. This might also be a hot take but hellpod space optimization isn’t a necessity. Just throw a resupply off the gate and use the extra booster slot for something else to assist during the mission.
The buff divers patch made it so now peak physique can make your melee one shot Scavengers now. The better weapon handling is definitely main reason to use PP armor, but it can be a nice way to save ammo or if you need to kill while reloading.
You should try to use crossbow at the bot front. It reliably oneshot or twoshot devestaros wich are basicly the normal ads on higher tier missions and it can deal with fabricators. Bring it with the balistic shieldback pack and you can block most enemy fire too
Was ok with your reasons up until you called the crossbow a meme. Dude that was months ago, this thing is god tier now in bots and bugs. Can't be said for most guns in the game
A cool little feature for the P-11 stim pistol, is that it actually synergizes with the experimental infusion booster, so allies hit by them also gain the DR and speed boost.
The crossbow is superior to the eruptor in just about every conceivable way - Higher fire rate - Higher mag size - Faster reload - One handed, able to hold a shield or an objective without losing use of the weapon - Blast radius without shrapnel makes it less likely for untrained users to kill allies - vastly superior handling for target acquisition Man I love ya, but holy shit this video needs a whole ass revision, especially for the Chemical Agents Warbond. See me after class.
I think they should change the hell pod space optimization booster to make that default, and add a booster that lets you detect samples at a much larger range. That would be really nice.
Fallout, I love your videos and was happy to see you making HD stuff, but this video is a credibility killer with this games' community. Steeled Veteran, Cutting Edge, and Democratic Detonation are by far the most important Warbonds to get, as they all have important meta upgrades. The takes on the Incindiary Breaker and Crossbow really suggest you're not really dialed into the games' current sandbox. Especially with that video ending... Esh. I'd love to see a sequel video where you take the time to use the items that your community is roasting you on, and speak to those points.
Hellpod Space Optimization isn't the best booster after the buff-, and more importantly, the *glassdivers* update Vitality Enhancement is now the best booster in the update they decreased headshot damage by 25% but they increased damage everywhere else by like 20-33% with Vitality Enhancement you take 20% less damage basically negating the extra damage we take since the update its a must have if you don't have a death wish and quite frankly it's a lot more important than Hellpod Space Optimization
A lot of this could be fixed if the cosmetic-infused warbonds costed less than the equipment-oriented warbonds. Cutting Edge and Democratic Detonation should NOT cost the same as Chemical Agents or Freedom's Flame. It's a kick where it hurts because it was said that premium warbonds would be different prices- and if they aren't different prices now, I wonder what would warrant a price change? I don't really mind the balancing of the equipments themselves since it's all usable, but dang is there a discrepancy in bang-for-your-buck.
The Incendiary Breaker and Crossbow slander in this vid is despicable Fallout. I sentence you to 2 weeks of playing only a PissDiver loadout. Edit: Doubling the sentence for that outburst at the end.
Calling the strongest primary in the game meme tier dates this video poorly. Except that the description of the eruptor establishes that this was in fact recorded after the latest patch. Quite the 'does this creator know the game?' of a bad take there. Some other pretty dubious calls here too, but that is the wildly bad to the point I'd call this mostly subjective thing "incorrect" one. But I always thought you were a downright noob with a good portion of your bad calls in Destiny 2, so maybe we are just back at it with generally disagreeing like the old days.
The tenderizer, eruptor, and the dominator are my usual primaries, with the P113 as my usual sidearm (I sometimes take the bushwacker and crisper). I almost always take thermites or stun grenades.

Wow, I actually agree with most of it. For whole different reasons though. The only one you got wrong was the Chemical Agents. The gas granade is the goat. If your are still using the impact granade you really need to utilise granades better.

Better than eruptor, dont slow down when you shoot from the hip, one handed so you can carry an obj thing or use the ballistic shield if thats your thing, takes less time in between shots than the eruptor, good damage and good blast radius. I am a forever purifier defender, when I play high level bots I run the arc thrower to stun hulks and heavy devastators for my teams. And the medium penetration as well as the ability to shoot down gunships makes it insanely strong in my kit.

so the stims from the stim pistol work differently to normal stims the stim pistol stims heal you slowly over time compared to a normal stim with the stim pistol you can't outheal any damage if you have any significant enemy in close attack range especially not with the 33% damage increase that came with the update we die so quickly now basically anything 2 shots to the body meaning if you want to live you basically stim whenever you receive damage anyways and that stim is going to go off before anyone has pulled out their stim pistol the stim pistol wouldn't be an S tier asset to have even if we could shoot ourselves with it and it could go through shields etc. its a gimmick in its current state far from being OP and to make it viable it would have to go through a lot of changes which realistically speaking ain't happening
@@Robogames05 huh no wonder I’ve been dying so easily so this update just turned us into glass cannons, well in my experience one stim from the pistol heals about 50% and sure while it doesn’t make you invincible if you could use it on yourself it would essentially be infinite healing, plus it regen stamina like regular stims do allowing you to sprint away from any melee units but yeah I see your point this update really made us into stim junkies because of how much damage even the most basic enemies are capable of dishing out so a self healing stim pistol would be much more desirable
Localisation confusion is the single reason i leave random queues. WHY THE HELL would you choose a booster that makes you essencially go down 1 difficulty level when your in that difficulty because you want to fight more enemies.
i think youre getting that one wrong chief people are in the higher difficulty level because more xp, more level bar go up, more dopamine there is a lot of noobs on higher difficulty who struggle so much, then run out of reinforces and sit there for 2 minutes waiting and they can't possibly be having fun the only reasonable reason I can think of for why they might be in those higher levels, for why they suffer through dying 15 times per mission, is the extra rewards

The gas grenades are actually cracked, throw one in a bugswarm and you easily get like 15-20 kills.

I agree I wouldn’t buy it as my first warbond (that goes to democratic detonation) but steeled veterans is definitely the second one. Breaker Inc and Jar 5 are top pick weapons
Let's break down the poor takes in this video:
-Experimental infusion is the best booster in the game, if someone on your team does not have it, you are throwing. Both a stamina and vitality booster in one, you can sprint a tier faster while under the effects (ie medium armor will run at light armor speed, heavy at medium). If you have enough stims you will survive anything with this booster.
-The liberator concussive is a monster. Having a lower fire rate does not matter because you stun everything you shoot. 60 rounds in a magazine compared to the 45 rounds the pummeler has makes it significantly better at stopping more things in your path. The only upside the pummeler has in comparison to the concussive is being one handed.
-Breaker incendiary is the best bug weapon to exist. Nothing does the job of slaying bugs better than this gun. The ammo nerf recently is obnoxious sure, but the DOT damage from it neutralizes all light and medium armor targets faster and more efficiently than everything else. The standard breaker is nowhere near as good as it used to be, as the recoil is sickening and hard to control. The only weapon that comes close to its efficiency shotgun-wise is the cookout and the punisher plasma (more on the latter below), which has the DOT damage and being able to reload while shooting makes it a 60-round shotgun.
- Punisher plasma trivializes bots. While not so effective on bugs, it cleaves through all light armor enemies in 1 well placed shot, and about 4-5 shots for heavier enemies, while stun locking them (that means no ragdolling) Arc-12 blitzer is extremely powerful close range burst damage weapon, but it doesn't stack up well compared to our other available primaries
-The crossbow, despite your beliefs, is very much not a meme. Having about more damage on paper compared to the eruptor, while being more mobile, faster reload, shot time, and 1-handed make this one of the best primaries in the game for both bots and bugs. One shotting all tiers up to nursing spewers (two shots), makes it an easy-to-use crowd control weapon. Not only that, but you can close bug holes with it, meaning that now your grenade, probably thermite, will be used for heavy enemies, and your secondary can be something that provides close range protection. The only real downside with crossbow is its range fall off and not being able to use it close range.
The ranking seems to be born out of ignorance, as you haven't used many different loadouts that build around each other. For example, 90% of the gameplay shown is using shield pack. While easy to use and can save you lots of pain, it pales in comparison to other backpacks, like supply pack. Having 8-12 extra stims (if you use medic armor) and extra grenades allows the player to easily traverse nasty situations and solo clear mega nests with a little bit of finesse.
Medic armor with experimental infusion is nuts.
When he ranked the polar patriots higher than other warbonds and said the crossbow was a meme he lost all credibility. One of the few things he got right is the chemical agents being last, it really sucks, why give 2 stratagems instead of weapons, the stratagems should have been available for everyone and instead introduce some actual weapons with the gas mechanic, like a shotgun, a dart rifle or whatever
I agree with all your takes to a certain extent, but some less than others, listen I love using the plasma punisher but it needs a buff, I don't think it needs a buff to damage just more ammo in the mag, having only 8 shots is criminal, and the liberator concussive does have a place in the team dynamic, it just isn't THE BEST because it isn't suppose to be its a great support weapon but I have to beg to t=differ with the breaker inciendieary. When you have ammo you shred, but you barely ever do have ammo with this gun now.
I agree with everything you said except the blitzer part. For me, for bugs at least, few primaries stack up well compared to the blitzer. It chews through medium targets at stun locks everything. You can coral an entire bug breach single handedly, bile spewers and all, so long as you aren't flanked by hunters. S+ tier for me
The plasma punisher in my opinion is in a great spot, it doesn't really need anything to make it better because then it becomes too good, overshadowing everything else. At this point it's a very strong contender for the best bot weapon, purely because of its versatility against the enemies.
The liberator concussive is by no means the best, but for the role its filling as a stunning and crowd controller, it is the primary for the job. The most effective part about the weapon is the flesh damage being so good, being able to blow up nursing spewers relatively quickly.
As for the Breaker Incendiary, there is a bit more to the gun than there used to be. Previously, you could just spray full magazines into crowds until everything is dead, now there is a bit more strategy involved. Do you wait for the DOT to finish off enemies or do you spray until its dead, at the cost of ammo. The guns efficiency is still very much there, and if you really want to feel like it did pre-nerf, just run supply pack.
While I do think the blitzer is good, it is not S+ tier in any world at the moment. I would say a strong A tier. What holds it back is slow fire rate and lower than most weapon damage. Being able to get through armor is very ideal for a primary, but the rate at which it will kill, especially if there are many high health bugs swarming you, leaves some to be desired. The weapons range is also nothing special, I would rather take something like liberator penetrator or even crossbow to remove the threat before they reach me.
Only thing I disagree with is putting the incendiary breaker over the cookout. Cookout can 1-tap hunters and warriors reliably, and while having slower fire rate, it has round reload and stagger. Incen breaker is good, but it feels too weak at single target damage before DoT. Plus ammo economy is really hurting with it now. Meanwhile, I rarely if ever run out of cookout ammo.
18:12 Crossbow is THE hardest hitting primary in the game. It one shots all chaff enemies if you aim in their general direction, it can kill an entire group of devistators/hive guards/brood commanders/bile spewers in 2-3 shots, it can destroy bug holes and bot fabricators, it can kill hulks and chargers, it can destroy shrieker nests and spore spewers, and it can kill tanks. Saying it is a meme gun is heresy and is deserving of a dislike.

Anyone looking for advice on which warbond to get first, please don't listen to this guy's tier list.
Steeled Veterans and Cutting Edge are the two main options to look at because they provide you with necessary upgrades to your arsenal via improved primaries. Primaries will make or break your game experience, so if you're only getting one warbond, or want to decide which to get first, this is absolutely what you should be looking at. Both of these warbonds give you solid primaries for both the bot and bug front, so they're well rounded in that regard. Democratic Detonation is a good second pick afterwards because the Grenade Pistol is just that good, but the other weapons are slightly more niche.
Steeled Veterans has the JAR-5 for the bots and the Incendiary Breaker for the bugs. There's a reason you will always see these weapons in every mission you play, they're just that good. JAR-5 requires a bit of practice to get the handling down, but you absolutely want medium penetration on your bot primary. The Incendiary Breaker trivializes small enemies on bugs and leaves your support stratagems open to handle everything else, while also being useful to help bring down mediums as well. The fact that this guy doesn't recognize how top tier both of these weapons are should be enough to cast doubt on what he's saying.
Cutting Edge has the Blitzer for bugs and Punisher Plasma for bots. Sickle can be useful for both, but it's better on bots due to the large number of chaff enemies in endgame bug missions. It also has the stun grenades which opens up a lot of play, but will likely require you to bring a secondary that closes nests/fabricators which means getting the Grenade Pistol from Democratic Detonation. Overall I would recommend getting Steeled Veterans first because the primaries feel a slight notch above those found in Cutting Edge, though there is definitely room to make the case for CE.

Democratic Detonation is the best warbond to get.
The Crossbow is the best primary in the game right now.
Thermite is the best grenade in the game right now.
And the grenade pistol is probably still the best secondary though of course it is less needed if you're running the crossbow.
These 3 are already enough to win this warbond the top spot.
I would recommend getting Cutting Edge second.
The Blitzer is still one of the best bug primaries.
The Sickle beats most if not all assault rifles just on ammo economy alone.
And the Dagger is a decent secondary choice these days.
The Punisher Plasma is way outclassed by the Crossbow these days.
And the stun grenades are basically worthless because after the update we're killing things so quickly anyways that there isn't much need for extra stunning.
And then I would recommend getting Steeled Veterans third.
The Dominator is a top three bot primary.
The Breaker Incendiary is a top five bug primary, though they really need to give it those 2 mags back, it really struggles on certain map enemy seeds.
And the Senator also gets points for being the only secondary that has level 3 penetration.
The Incendiary grenade is made redundant by the Impact Incendiary grenade which is just better.
The Liberator Concussive is alright, its probably one of the better or at least one of the more unique assault rifles, it's also a good alternative to the Pummeler, but it's not what you're looking for if you're just looking at what's meta.
The reason I would get Cutting Edge before Steeled Veterans here is because the weapons feel more unique.
I think the Counter Sniper is a good enough alternative to the Dominator after the patch damage wise and doesn't have the terrible handling that a new player may struggle with.
For the Breaker Incendiary like I said it struggles on certain enemy seeds and I and others have observed that post patch the seeds that the Incendiary struggles on (those with more medium enemies) seem to have become more common.
Newer players also usually seem to gravitate more towards weapons with effectively infinite ammo, which the Blitzer, Sickle and Dagger offer.

My one premium war bond that I have is Democratic detonation, and I'm so pleased with it. The Eruptor is amazing. It can close bug holes, rip apart packs of enemies, and take out objectives like shrieker nests and spores from range. For bugs, I use that, a stalwart, thermite grenades, dealers choice secondary, and an ammo pack on my back for unlimited supplies. It works like a charm.

If you need to test DR, you can drop planet side with 1-2 friends, one shoots you with DR, one shoots you without DR, and check the Friendly Fire numbers at the end of the mission. Maybe use light armor so less DR from armor comes into play.
Also Experimental Infusion is crazy, one stim while being gaggled by bugs and you feel almost invincible. Less insane on Bots but you move so fast with a speed buff + the infinite stamina from a stim goes crazy

Love your videos Fallout but you really missed with this one. Crossbow is beyond cracked, experimental infusion is arguably top 3 boosters, and the breaker incendiary is hands down the best bug killer still. This might also be a hot take but hellpod space optimization isn’t a necessity. Just throw a resupply off the gate and use the extra booster slot for something else to assist during the mission.
The buff divers patch made it so now peak physique can make your melee one shot Scavengers now. The better weapon handling is definitely main reason to use PP armor, but it can be a nice way to save ammo or if you need to kill while reloading.

You should try to use crossbow at the bot front. It reliably oneshot or twoshot devestaros wich are basicly the normal ads on higher tier missions and it can deal with fabricators. Bring it with the balistic shieldback pack and you can block most enemy fire too

A cool little feature for the P-11 stim pistol, is that it actually synergizes with the experimental infusion booster, so allies hit by them also gain the DR and speed boost.
That's kinda crazy, I got the warbond so as soon as I unlock the stim pistol I'll be chucking drugs into my teammates nonstop.
It synergizes with medic armor as well, making the healing effect from the p-11 stim last longer, meaning more heals per shot.

- Higher fire rate
- Higher mag size
- Faster reload
- One handed, able to hold a shield or an objective without losing use of the weapon
- Blast radius without shrapnel makes it less likely for untrained users to kill allies
- vastly superior handling for target acquisition

Fallout, I love your videos and was happy to see you making HD stuff, but this video is a credibility killer with this games' community. Steeled Veteran, Cutting Edge, and Democratic Detonation are by far the most important Warbonds to get, as they all have important meta upgrades. The takes on the Incindiary Breaker and Crossbow really suggest you're not really dialed into the games' current sandbox. Especially with that video ending... Esh.
I'd love to see a sequel video where you take the time to use the items that your community is roasting you on, and speak to those points.
Hellpod Space Optimization isn't the best booster
after the buff-, and more importantly, the *glassdivers* update
Vitality Enhancement is now the best booster
in the update they decreased headshot damage by 25% but they increased damage everywhere else by like 20-33%
with Vitality Enhancement you take 20% less damage
basically negating the extra damage we take since the update
its a must have if you don't have a death wish
and quite frankly it's a lot more important than Hellpod Space Optimization
A lot of this could be fixed if the cosmetic-infused warbonds costed less than the equipment-oriented warbonds. Cutting Edge and Democratic Detonation should NOT cost the same as Chemical Agents or Freedom's Flame. It's a kick where it hurts because it was said that premium warbonds would be different prices- and if they aren't different prices now, I wonder what would warrant a price change? I don't really mind the balancing of the equipments themselves since it's all usable, but dang is there a discrepancy in bang-for-your-buck.
The Incendiary Breaker and Crossbow slander in this vid is despicable Fallout. I sentence you to 2 weeks of playing only a PissDiver loadout.

Calling the strongest primary in the game meme tier dates this video poorly. Except that the description of the eruptor establishes that this was in fact recorded after the latest patch. Quite the 'does this creator know the game?' of a bad take there. Some other pretty dubious calls here too, but that is the wildly bad to the point I'd call this mostly subjective thing "incorrect" one.
But I always thought you were a downright noob with a good portion of your bad calls in Destiny 2, so maybe we are just back at it with generally disagreeing like the old days.
The tenderizer, eruptor, and the dominator are my usual primaries, with the P113 as my usual sidearm (I sometimes take the bushwacker and crisper). I almost always take thermites or stun grenades.

The only one you got wrong was the Chemical Agents. The gas granade is the goat. If your are still using the impact granade you really need to utilise granades better.

Better than eruptor, dont slow down when you shoot from the hip, one handed so you can carry an obj thing or use the ballistic shield if thats your thing, takes less time in between shots than the eruptor, good damage and good blast radius. I am a forever purifier defender, when I play high level bots I run the arc thrower to stun hulks and heavy devastators for my teams. And the medium penetration as well as the ability to shoot down gunships makes it insanely strong in my kit.

I think people arent giving the abdjucator enough credit. The mere fact that it has medium armout pen as an ar makes it pretty good on bot missions

The flaws you listed are what makes the stim gun actually fair to use as otherwise it would be broke af it’s still an S tier secondary as what else are you gonna bring? A pistol that doesn’t heal your teammates?
so the stims from the stim pistol work differently to normal stims
the stim pistol stims heal you slowly over time compared to a normal stim
with the stim pistol you can't outheal any damage if you have any significant enemy in close attack range
especially not with the 33% damage increase that came with the update
we die so quickly now
basically anything 2 shots to the body
meaning if you want to live you basically stim whenever you receive damage anyways
and that stim is going to go off before anyone has pulled out their stim pistol
the stim pistol wouldn't be an S tier asset to have even if we could shoot ourselves with it and it could go through shields etc.

@@Robogames05 huh no wonder I’ve been dying so easily so this update just turned us into glass cannons, well in my experience one stim from the pistol heals about 50% and sure while it doesn’t make you invincible if you could use it on yourself it would essentially be infinite healing, plus it regen stamina like regular stims do allowing you to sprint away from any melee units but yeah I see your point this update really made us into stim junkies because of how much damage even the most basic enemies are capable of dishing out so a self healing stim pistol would be much more desirable

Localisation confusion is the single reason i leave random queues. WHY THE HELL would you choose a booster that makes you essencially go down 1 difficulty level when your in that difficulty because you want to fight more enemies.

people are in the higher difficulty level because more xp, more level bar go up, more dopamine
there is a lot of noobs on higher difficulty who struggle so much, then run out of reinforces and sit there for 2 minutes waiting and they can't possibly be having fun
the only reasonable reason I can think of for why they might be in those higher levels, for why they suffer through dying 15 times per mission, is the extra rewards
