If you're going from a Note 8 to a tablet you'll adapt be fantastic. I'd suggest a cheaper tablet, like a Huion Kamvas 16, then you will a slightly bigger screen, for cheaper. Or the Huion Kamvas Pro 24.

The Wacom Cintiq 13 pro is the best investment during my college year for sculpting 3D and texturing skin for my model.

You will need to unplug your power from the adapter and plug it directly into the cintiq.

Hej, I have it and my laptop fans are way louder then the Wacom itself. So, no worries! :) It's quite discreet.

Yes, you do need a computer. This is essentially just a drawing display. It's a monitor that connects to your computer and let's you draw on it.
