Very clean, light design with cool features.
Love the entrance with the foyer / mud room bonus closet space for coats. Cozy living room nice size kitchen, interestingly you have the layout of the kitchen correct for people who cook and bake. I love the book shelves under the stairs and pocket doors to save space.
Wonderful! Plenty of storage, the livingroom is spacious. I love having a dining area...I cook a lot for family holidays. Perfect! Another beautiful home!

Beautiful. Especially there is a small entrance hall, not like with most tiny houses where you get directly inside which is unacceptable for me. Good job. Just keep it like this.

This is adorable! I think the only thing I’d change is I would vault the ceiling in the front bedroom and replace that smaller window under the peak with a feature window like a porthole window or a triangle. And in the back bedroom I would add a small bay window with a bench seat. I know wall space has to be considered, but so does natural lighting. Hell I might even vault the ceiling in the back bedroom too. That would give plenty of room for a loft bed with a desk underneath or a captains bed with a pullout desk or something.

This is really cute; I like it! You do such a good job ensuring storage and creating nooks for reading. Laundry upstairs where the majority of it is from the start. Most of your floorplans are absolutely adorable, efficiently designed, and make sense for folks to live comfortably.

There's so much to love about the design of this house. I love the dedicated entry way with space to sit, take your shoes off and hang up coats. All the beautiful windows make the home bright and inviting. I love a wood burning fireplace and there's plenty of room in the living room for seating. The bookcase along the stairs is a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. The eat-in kitchen is a brilliant design (thank you for putting the sink under a window). Having a powder room on the first floor is a plus when you have company, and the use of pocket doors is space-saving. Also, a full laundry room on the second floor with the bedrooms is brilliant. No one wants to lug laundry up and down stairs. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and the full bathroom is just lovely. Great design. I'd buy this house.
Pretty perfect layout....I love the little room at the entranceway, the cozy living room and the big, open kitchen. The laundry room is great, and upstairs where it makes the most sense. The only thing that seemed out of place was the two cushion couch at the base of the stairs. That should be replaced with a couple of statues or home decor. Other than that, great house!
Jasper, here is what came to my mind as I watched this video: “I’m home!” Your designs are so original and I love them❤ that little sitting area by the book case, is perfect! This is a dream home to me!

A nice entry with closet and bench. The living room has the common TV problem. A very bright, spacious kitchen with lots of counter and cabinets. A powder room. The upstairs laundry will be controversial.

Love this house design . I like the rooms divided ... foyer / living room and kitchen . Love the side window near kitchen table . The small toilet is also far enough away from the kitchen.
I'm not crazy about the washer and dryer upstairs though.
I'd rather it on first level with maybe toilet and sink .

An interesting and well thought out home for the most part. What I would do is move that left wall out even with the bump out. It would free up space in the living room. This kitchen is by far the best you have designed. There is nothing I would change about it. The big change would be to bring the laundry downstairs. An upstairs laundry can lead to massive repairs if there is a leak. I would incorporate that space into the front bedroom, as a walk in closet or reading nook. On the porch roof there is a little bit that is flat. Get rid of that. It is only going to cost more to build and will invariably leak, costing more to repair. Flat roofs are never a good idea.
A good workable design! and I agree I do love the kitchen! and lots of counter space there to prepare food! Could always use some linen storage by the bathrooms. And I'm not sure about the Feng Shui with both front and back doors facing each other? But it's a workable house and very practical. Good job. 🙃

(oh, and I LOVE foyers, but if this were mine, I'd remove the wall that separates the view of the staircase and leave that part open)

Lovely, just lovely 💕💕💕. I love the oven's face cabinet. Love cabinets that look like/are furniture. Love the built-in wardrobes and pocket doors. And I love the laundry facility upstairs closer for gathering and putting away clothes and linens. It feels like the refrigerator is in the wrong place. Oh, and, I love the built-in seating at the entry. Great winner in my eyes 💕💕💕 Jasper!

I really like this house. I would put the laundry on the main floor though, but other than that, it's a great house. 😊
95% of the laundry comes from the bedrooms. Explain to me why you would want the laundry on the first floor.

I like this house. The entry storage is a plus. The kitchen is great. Love the full size fridge. However, many seniors with mobility issueswould find the odd seating in the hall difficult to use. Also that first step with partial second step is odd and could be a trip hazard. I would eliminate that whole thing in favor of a standard step.
For once, I have no suggestions. It's perfect! A great balance of style and function, and a balance of cozy and elegant. Like a fairytale house, but practical. And versatile for various households - a young family with one or two children or an active single senior and many in-between could be comfortable. You have been paying attention to the comments and still putting your own touch on everything.
