This is lovely! I like the entry hall. It's a great place for coats, boots, umbrellas, and keys. The kitchen is well planned and very pretty - aesthetically pleasing. That little sitting area with bookshelves next to dining space is a cozy spot - love it! The upstairs is so well planned. Those organized closets are very nice and large, even though they aren't walk-in style. All the bathrooms are lovely! It's good to see bathtubs with showers. I don't love 2-story homes, but I could live here!
Love the entryway, reading area/nook and powder room. For me, the tubs could be taken out and replaced with cabinet towers to hold linens and such. With 3 bathrooms and bedrooms, linen closets are a must have. Beautiful design as always. ❤
Not a bad design. I like the entry into a small reception hall. That is nice. At least the kitchen in this one is workable. The upstairs works well. The one thing that makes no sense is the garage. A double car garage needs two door or one large double door. The way it is configured those cars are not coming out unscathed unless the front wall of the garage is removed. The other issue is how the two different porch roofs meet. There is a pocket that is going to leak in short order. Managing weather tightness is a basic of good house design, and this one misses the mark by a wide margin.
The rooms are spacious, and the bedrooms have sufficient storage, though there's no closet for linens or for cleaning stuff. I like the front entry with the bench and place for coats and footwear. I'd find someplace better for the TV, if only beside the fireplace. The powder room is accessible but private. Upstairs, at least one of those tubs needs replacing with a shower. The freestanding type are a pain to clean in back of, and they don't have a convenient place for soap, shampoo, etc.
Very nice plan but, from experience, having the laundry room upstairs isn't the most practical. Great for the dirty clothes/bedding etc but not so much fun when it comes to having to carry all that wet and very heavy bedding and towels etc downstairs afterwards to hang outside to dry. Tried that once - large bathroom and it was convenient for washing the dirty nappies/diapers - and very quickly regretted it. Convenient for the washing but definitely not when it came to carrying heavy wet washing downstairs and outside to dry it.

I love this house. This house is perfect for me
From the front it looks like several small houses stacked on top of each other. ;)
Loved the layout.

This is AFamily Home Great All Around!❤ it
I've watched several videos and they are outstanding, but wondering where the hot water heaters and the AC/furnace units go?

Um sonho essa casa 💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘💘
Only thing I see missing is a large walk-in pantry. Otherwise, nice design.
Fabulous design in a more traditional form.
Sadly, the preview of next videos completely obscures the floor plan of the upper floor.
👍👍👏💯😍

How much is this house?
What is sq. ft.
I like it but if you have handicaps certain things wouldn't be easy perfect for young couple. It's pretty though
Где логика?! Зачем делать на втором этаже окна маленькие, а на первом огромные?! Может наоборот?!
Thanks
