I love that you have a separation between the kitchen and the living room. And there are separate spaces and not just wide open.
Me too, I like the style of that concept as well vs most tiny or small homes today with open floor plans. I would like each room in my small or tiny home not only cozy but private as well. I'm not fan of open floor plan homes feel more like a studio apartment!!

Perfect. I really love the separations between the rooms, its more confortable in my opinion. Loved it, your designs are simply amazing!
Bonus points for having a foyer and actual separate living 'room'.
Also for the pantry & laundry areas to offset the smallness of the kitchen (although I might lose the island and add counters & cupboards to living room wall and under window, along with a small Bistro table at most for dining.
Use of pocket doors is very helpful in maximizing furnishing configurations & options.
Gold star for including a soaker bathtub.
I would slightly tweak the front bedroom by moving the door to 90 degrees from the bathroom, and might push the foyer wall (if possible) back to the front door allowing a full wall of bedroom closets, while leaving room for the front door to swing open to its left.
I really like this home which although small, is equally suitable for singles, couples, or small families.
I am usually a bigger is better gal, but I could be very comfortable in this forever home.
You clearly have an excellent eye for design and a good dollop of common sense when it comes to practical living needs.

I believe this is my favorite small house plan of yours.....I prefer classic, traditional division of rooms.. it looks vintage and I love it! I also love that there's a foyer.

Very nice design. Yay!!! a coat closet by the front door!!! Nice pantry and island in the kitchen. But I think more storage in the bedrooms.
Love the Greek Revival vibes of the exterior! And I am always so impressed with how well you manage to fit in plenty of storage, that is both beautiful and practical, yet never overwhelms the small space. My only complaint was the lack of a larger window in the second bedroom, but other than that I could definitely see living there comfortably - wonderful work! 🥰
Blown Away by the entry hall! 😮🎉Love the separation of the living room and the kitchen. In the living room that large wall of bookcases I put a Murphy bed system in that area. Kitchen is awesome and pantry/broom closet. Has great curb appeal for additional outdoor living space. Well thought out! Getting better all the time 👍👍👍👏🤩!

You really out did yourself on this beautiful house 🏡 jasper. ❤lonely layout,
This is a really lovely home. There are 4 minor changes I would make, though. First, centre the fireplace on the wall and use matching windows to bracket it. It looks out of balance, and so smaller than it is with the fireplace offset. Second is the layout of the kitchen. Move the sink to the centre of the island, not on the back wall between stove and fridge. Doing this little change allows ample work surface around all three points of the triangle. It also opens up space for a larger range for those who need one. The third change is to the bedroom windows. Use a more normal size of window, rather than ones that most resemble medieval arrow slits. Let the light and air in. The final change is to the bedroom doors. Make them both open opposite one another in the alcove with the bathroom door. That way normal swing doors can be used without compromising space, but saving a good amount of money. I love that there is a proper formal front entrance to the house, and the separation between living room and kitchen is very welcome. Me being me, I would be finding a way to separate the kitchen and dining room as well.

I'd love to see the kitchen cabinetry in the color of the cabinetry in the entry of the home, it's much prettier! I'd like to see a bit more closet space in bedrooms.

Get rid of the Bookcase wall.. I would move the fireplace to the front of the house. That would give you more wall space .. I love that it has a foyer.

I love this design! So much storage space. And having the kitchen separate is very nice. I would prefer 1 1/2 or 2 baths, with one inside the master bedroom. Is there an attic space there?

Wow, it's ;beautiful. I too, appreciate the separation of rooms. Getting near retirement and having our phone paid for. We were considering a tiny house, but perhaps they're too small. This is just about right. I love it and look forward to seeing more of your designs.

Ho,e is beautiful, but I have a question…the windows above the porch roof, why are they there? With the pitch of the roof, a second story would work! Like a studio for an alder child.

I would have liked the kitchen to be maybe an L shape-the cabinets work space is just not enough!On the first bedroom maybe another thin window on the other side of the bed would have evened out the look

Not enough space in the bedrooms for a dresser or chest to hold clothes! No space in the bathroom to store personal care products or extra towels. Was there a linen closet to store sheets, blankets in off season? Didn't see one.
Converting meters to feet, this plan is 767 sq feet.
Don't like the bathroom at all & not enough windows in the bedrooms
I like the house but I do not want a tub. I want a very large shower with a seat.
