Ah you having issues again with LR, this thing is driving me crazy, issues after issues, and not cheap to replace the parts. When it works, it is great, but when it is down, it is seriously annoying and you have to solve what is not working and buy the expensive parts online. Lately mine been down frequently (every other month), after 5 years, I'm seriously thinking of going back to manual scooping. Previously my LR hardly spoil, it will be fine and running for 11+ months and only down for 2 weeks, that's why I stayed.

Did NOT solve my problem. In fact, the gear was not loose at all!
