Your videos have been life changing for me. For over two decades, I've had low back and SI pain. I had a hip replacement 20 years ago (in my mid 40's) due to a collapsed femoral head. The other hip was replaced 12 years ago and seemed to create more SI pain. Over the years I've seen multiple physical therapists and some chiropractors, but usually ended up with more pain after doing multiple exercises that 'adjusted' the lower back and SI joint. Your common sense approach to stabilizing the SI joint and lower back have helped me immensely. ***I did realize early on that sitting on a couch caused discomfort. I added a zero gravity chair (with lots of pillows) to my living room, and though some people think it's odd, I've found a lot of relief with it. Thank you so much for your videos!
I have been dealing with sciatica for 1 and a half years and I have been doing your program for about a month and a half, but there has been no lasting change in my recovery process. How long after you started the program did your recovery process begin? ?
Are chin ups and push-ups good for lumbar stenosis and disc bulges(not herniations) because they are one of the only things that provide immense long lasting relief
Hello Dr Ryan. I had L4L5 fusion on June 28 2024 due to Spondylolisthesis for 12 years. After laminectomy in 2004 it wasn’t possible to do anything else but fusion due to extreme Sciatica for a year which lead me to seek help. I am doing great but after walking 2 miles a day for a week I awoke with extreme left side pain and lower back pain? I was told I’ve overdone it??? Now after resting for a week I resumed walking in the driveway about .25 miles and the next morning, bam, same pain same place??? I am 11 weeks PO. What have I done??? I hope you can shed some light on this for me. No twisting, bending or lifting, just a walk??? 😢
