You guys are the best! I’m 25, when I was 20 I got married and had my first kid. When I was 24 (last march) I found out that my wife of 4 almost 5 years was cheating on me. I was devastated, I thought I was with “the one”. At that time I was 226 pounds and did nothing but work and spend what time I had with my kids, I drank too much on the weekends and could’ve been a better parent and husband in a few different ways. After having my world rocked I decided I can’t keep being complacent in life. I moved in with a friend and started going hard in the gym and outside the gym. I got two promotions in 4 months at work and lost 66 pounds. I started focusing on my diet and lifting seriously and I’ve put back on about 30lbs but I feel great, I feel strong and less stressed. Speaking the truth. It is absolutely your responsibility to stay attractive to your partners. Not very many people understand this, and it leads to the destruction of relationships.
