I was born to poverty, but since I was child I was playing this pretend game that I was rich. Into adulthood. Now at my 60s, I have to tell - that attitude helped tons.

I had the great honour and pleasure of meeting Paul in around 2017.
A friend of mine at the time, bought me a mastermind ticket for an NLP event hosted by Paul and Richard Bandler, which included a private audience with Paul.
His enthusiasm and kindness absolutely radiated! Wonderful.
During the private audience, I and the other private audience guests, all got to choose a free book, which he signed - I chose "I Can Make You Rich!" and I'm looking at the book now as I write this.
Wonderful man, so sweet, so wise, so generous.

Thanks Rob. I really enjoyed this episode. For me, the best interview I’ve seen in a long time. I also owe Paul a massive thanks too for helping me to help myself. About 25 years ago as a last ditch attempt to stop smoking, I bought, listened to and followed to the letter, his CD on stopping smoking. I literally stopped after the first listen and have not smoked since. God alone knows how many years this has added to me life, not to mention how many £££’s to my wallet. Thanks Paul. 👍🏻😎

    Paul McKenna did something special
The Specific Technique that was in “change your life in 7 days”
And a few that I chose specificity “Instant Confidence” and the Mind Programming CDs in both of the books I was absolutely hooked once I got over the Bullshit filter
Those Techniques didn’t just work the Mind was Conditioned at a deep level and all I had to do to switch on the Power of Confidence and Charisma was just fire off my own unique trigger and it went way beyond my expectations
    Anyone who doubts this then
Go read those 2 books like I did over a 12 week period
They were falling at my feet they were throwing themselves at me
And all this was because I chose the Role Model I knew that turned heads
People couldn’t believe it I didn’t have to do anything
    I was absolutely magnetic
You know it too because you feel it you know when attention has been absorbed you see the signals
    You see the fascination
They will be eating out of your hand IF YOU FOLLOW WITH PERSISTENCE

I listen to Paul McKenna every night for weight loss (and so does my dog 🐕). I’ve lost 140 lbs so far - yes keto and fasting is the mechanism, but visualization is also key. My dog has lost 10 lbs, too! No idea if it’s from Paul, but he loves his voice and that’s the cue to go to sleep 😅
PS Pure White and Deadly was a phenomenal book and so ahead of its time! It’s on Audible and everyone should read it! I’m blown away that your mother knew the author! I certainly chose well in you, didn’t I?!

My question, and it’s possibly a question that many thousands of others have, is: Can a violent, hateful person ever become a decent, caring human…?
And if so, how can it happen?
Also, if part of the process is that the person himself actually wants to change, (rather unlikely it would appear 😊), what then…?
    Serious question.
EDIT: for many generations of human existence, historically wealth meant ownership of land, animals, etc. which meant a lot of effort was necessary to maintain it, and it would fluctuate with conditions that were beyond the scope of human intervention, and therefore was not as easily calculated/displayed as it has been since the creation of currency, in various forms…
    Just saying.

'I don't feel enough, I compare myself to others with bigger podcasts and dont look at my own big achievements'. Pauls comments were like a helpful friend.. old sckool tips about changing thinking and behaviour. Doesn't the real insight come from looking at yr own judgements? What did you say about yourself knowing yr podcast is smaller?
I would guess, the feeling of not being good enough was there b4 any podcast or property ownership. And will continue to show up until we can sit with our judgements. Be with our self hate. We fight it by doing more tomorrow but we just need to be with it. Magic happens after that

    Hey Rob, just some feedback.
Great interviews, but all the ads are just WAY too much and very off putting.
Do you really need multiple ads mid roll? It’s one ad at the start enough? I’m sure I’m not the only one that has noticed how frustrating this is for listeners, and in many cases I can’t watch all the video because of how annoying it is.
Just some feedback as I don’t THINK you actually need the Adsense money, and you are more interested in the longevity of the podcast?
    Hope that helps.
