In a nutshell, you need to follow these 4 steps: 1) Go to dashboard.oculus.com and sign in with your Oculus or Meta account 2) Create a name for your ‘organization’ 3) Verify your account 4) Enable developer mode in the Meta Quest mobile app
My quest 3 wont allow me to see usb debugging i'm about to update to v64 so ill try it after and hopefully it fixes it but how do i fix this issue of the allow usb debbuging to show up

Try going to settings instead and go to the Verification tab from there, there you'll see the options to add a credit card or 2FA, after hours of fiddling around I found that and realized it said I was already verified, the app said activate debug mode instead of dev when I went into the developer mode option but SideQuest says everything is fine on my end, I bet you're good to go too

You know I did this I activated it and I also got Discord on my quest 3 video, but but when I did this on my quest 2 it completely like removed my admin I can't access my account center and it also has me try to set up my meta account which I already have one activated, i believe sidequest screwd me over because now there are some apps that I can't access anymore

Set up where?!?!?!?!?!??! is there a tech support or something that can help? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong

ope never mind! If anyone else is having issues with it not showing up, try making sure your quest isnt plugged into your computer and then restart the app!

Correct, 4 easy steps. Followed them 30 diff times, doesnt work. And im not an idiot, I can grasp the basic instructions of setting up the room as they instruct. JACKASS
when i connect my quest 3 to the pc my quest doesn't bring up the connected device will be able to access files on this headset. everything just either goes dark or just stays in passthrough but i can feel the remote controls vibrating as if it's working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is copy paste of what Meta ask for verification : "Business verification If your business is a legal business entity, use business verification. Works like a charm. If you're having troubles with the meta quest app not showing certain things like devices, try reinstalling it on your phone.

I enabled two factor but that's it. nothing happened from there. it's stuck
Try using the other method for verification, in some cases Meta have required both methods to enable Debug Mode.
