    If u walk for an hour, let's say at a speed of 2.5 miles/hr, each mile will get you around 100 Calories. So the total active calories from walking 2.5 miles is about 250 calories. It's true that HIIT is better because you end up raising and maintaining a higher heart beat, hence more energy spent. Please correct your slide about 100 calories for an hour of walking. There is no better exercise than walking as it works irrespective of age related issues, however, we should mix it with may be biking and complement it with weight training.

    Doesn’t small frequent meals leads to higher insulin spike and hence hinders in fat burning? Doesn’t eating once or twice a day i.e following intermittent fasting beneficial? Please clarify. Thanks

      That's true.
      Somewhere this theory might come from pharma mafia so more people become sugar patients so they can sell their these medicines.
      I don't remember the name of the scientist who won Nobel Prize
      Who gave the concept of to stay fast for 16 hours and eat within the period of 8 hours.

      Yes it , just 3 mes a day . Some tips I want to give you , my metabolism now is very high , I just checked it few days ago
      1 strenght traing 5x a week
      2 add more physical activity ,
      3drink loots of water
      4 eat more protein ,
      5 sleep for 7+hours .
      Also most important if you can try to ditch sugar ,I quit sugar for 3 months and it worked great for me , as it didnot spikes my insulin.

    Sir Mai CKD 5th stage Ki patient hu. Aur heart Ki patient BHi but meri metobolism power bahuuuut kum ho gaya. I hate this life. Bilkul taqakt nahi aa raha.
