It's true that HIIT is better because you end up raising and maintaining a higher heart beat, hence more energy spent. Please correct your slide about 100 calories for an hour of walking. There is no better exercise than walking as it works irrespective of age related issues, however, we should mix it with may be biking and complement it with weight training.

Yes it , just 3 mes a day . Some tips I want to give you , my metabolism now is very high , I just checked it few days ago 1 strenght traing 5x a week 2 add more physical activity , 3drink loots of water 4 eat more protein , 5 sleep for 7+hours . Also most important if you can try to ditch sugar ,I quit sugar for 3 months and it worked great for me , as it didnot spikes my insulin.
