Excellent choice on Armored Saint. John Bush is so underrated. And I own both Valeton and Nux. I think I'll sell Nux though. Not just because GP100 looks better to me but it also has more amps, cabs and pedals sims. Also, you can edit the pedals order in the signal chain unlike in Nux. Heard MG300 is artificially trebly, fizzy and middy on high gain.

I'm looking for a multi-effects pedal to primarily use for a Whammy/pitch-shifting effect. Which of these two do you think would be better for pitch-shifting? I'm currently leaning towards the Valeton out of all the pedals I've seen, but I have not seen anyone demo it's pitch-shifting capabilities. Also, does the Valeton pedal have enough room to travel to make it decent to use for controlling effects like pitch-shifting, despite how thin the device is? Thanks for any information!

@@getonitguitars6908 Thanks for the recommendation! I had the Mooer GE150 recommended by someone else, too. Can I ask what makes it good for pitch-shifting? I know the specs in the manual say the Valeton can shift up 2 octaves and down 2 octaves and is polyphonic, which seems good as long as the pedal sweep can handle it, and pedals like the Zoom G1X Four (also frequently recommended) and Digitech RP series have similar shifts and are presumably polyphonic though are limited in their starting and ending pitch values. However, I saw a demo of the Whammy effect on the GE200 and it looked like I only had a maximum shift of 1 octave up and 1 octave down. Is this correct for the GE150? And if so, despite this limitation is their still something that makes it the best for pitch-shifting, like best pedal and/or best-sounding pitch-shift? Thanks for any information!

I have never use pitch-shifting before, the VALETON is a great Multi effects unit for its price. I just went on other RUclips channels looking for what your looking for with your Multi effects. And the Mooer look like it also could do some of the requirements your looking for. Cheers Ash

@@TarenLeitzke Whammy with the Mooer GE 150 is not possible. You can assign the pitch value to the pedal, but the range is from -12 to +12. You cannot limit the range from 0 to +12 or from 0 to -12. There's no way to find the root note again. You have to go for the GE 200, but the pitch sounds not good. Not very useful.

I was looking on Nux MG300 video reviews & I personaly think that Nux sounds a little bit excessive on the mid range & as for the Valeton GP100 sounds more organic IMO. Which of these 2 is your fav?
