I came across Joseph's videos a few hours ago coincidentally. I honestly wish the best for him. I'm glad to see you're dedicated to improving yourself. Me myself I'm currently 21 and I had a Psycho Educational assessment back in 2018 before I began University so that I can have accommodations. My Full Scale IQ of 75. I scored 83 on verbal, 89 on working memory, 73 for Processing Speed, and 77 for Perceptual Reasoning Index. University has been tough because I struggled to do well in my courses and I often repeated courses that either failed or did bad on. I did do pretty well on a lot of courses though such as an accounting course in which I got a B. I recently transferred to a community college because I felt it would be easier and I'm hoping I will eventually be able to get an accounting degree once I graduate.

I don't think College is necessary. When I had an IQ of 70, all I did was read for 20 minutes a day 6 days a week, and that helped me improve massively. I would say your probably over working your brain in University. Studying should not be painful.

I personally think you haven't increased your actual intelligence by reading, what I think you've managed to improve is your focus. Reading is very helpful in improving one's attention span in things and generally focusing, that in of itself could help in gathering information faster which can seem as though it is your intelligence in effect when in reality you're merely using your brain better.
That along with an additional amount of knowledge from reading could get one to conclude that their IQ has been increased.
I am assuming you've took another professional IQ test after your progress showing an increase in IQ that led to your beliefs, in which this is where your polished focus must've affected the results.
Either way, a growth mindset that you speak of is of course the most beneficial but our brains are still very complicated, we haven't even fully understood it let alone to come up with a reliable method of improving our intelligence.

Judging by the way you speak, you seem to be a reasonably intelligent guy.

I've come across teachers that seemed clued in but I've also come across teacher who were just a stand in for google. I don't really think that proffession alone is telling Iq wise.

What if you IQ is exactly the same but you've made all these accomplishments despite it? I think IQ has more to do with pattern recognition and how fast you figure things out. It might require more work and take longer but you can still accomplish many things.

Cleaning is not easy. It's backbreaking and many of these people want perfection. Unintelligent people will make mistakes like leaving crumbs and streaks. I'm a 68 and we are BOTH anomalies. You seem intelligent and people tell me I'm way too articulate and concise to be a 68. They then blame the test or the specialist who administered the test. I have yet to figure out how I can be so low yet put my high IQ friend in quadruple binds with my compelling arguments. I always hold my own and THEN some. I am also heart broken because I don't understand what's going on. Talk about cognitive dissonance!

I took an IQ test that was supervised by an educational psychologist. I have not done any online tests.
