I still wish that they had properly added on a hard mode into the game before everything happened. I have my PS4 save file that has everything from the events on it as well but I am max level and it kind of takes the fun out of it if everything is one hit KO. I even looked into seeing if any save editors had anything on reducing your stats and level but I could find nothing on that end.

"good combat" LMAO. Are you serious?! i've never seen a worst combat than this in a AAA game. Even The Witcher 3 and Skyrim had a better combat. Most of bosses attacks are undodgable, you spam one button for half a combat, and yet, when you melee attack, noctis a lot of times hit the air even if you have an enemy targeted. Camera is always too far away plus effects on screen and you don't see ANYTHING of what the enemy is doing. Then you press the button to defend and yet most attack still hit you. Combat system in this game is a total pain. I played at easy and most of times i found myself in trouble. And i'm not even a casual gamer. Played all soulsborne, and a lot of games at hardest difficulty. But this is something else. But i loved the adventure and the traveling mood. Story is cool as well.

This is final fantasy i love the most. The world building represents what "fantasy" i imagine long time ago. Beautiful people, beautiful scenes. To me this is perfect to watch and enjoy the journey i dont even care about the conflicts, fights and all.
I just finished FF7R and it honestly pales in comparison to FFXV. This game is so full of life and soul. I finished FF7R and cheered it was finally over, but FFXV made me wish there was more. Gonna be hyper short for the big setting this game presents. Basically, Bahamut is a god, he likes to play chess with the good vs evil pieces. Ardyn was like Christ, he was very good and cured people from a virus. Bahamut didn't like it and forced Ardyn to be a bad guy. Poor Ardyn had to be the menace of the Lucis lineage. Since Ardyn is inmortal, the only way to kill him was to use the full might of the ring which was powered by all those kings of Lucis Ardyn killed. The downside is thst by using the ring, you fie as well. At the end, Noctis and Ardyn die. In the novels, they kill bahamut because he is the scumbag that started it all

Ngl I spent 80 hours on side quests alone; collecting royal arms, going through troublesome quests for regalia upgrades, waiting a painfully long time to get a word from Cid on a weapon upgrade, etc The game is developed in the side quests and gaming experience but quite lacking in general story development
