The problem I'm having is meeting the dimension requirements for Printful. For example, my original files are 16 x 20 with very large pixel sizes, but Printful wants 12 x 16 and 1500 x 3000 px. When I attempt to convert these changes, the software I'm using (Affinity) does not save it perfectly, i.e. it converts 12 in to 12.8 in. It also doesn't let me control the px. Can I upload imperfect file sizes and see how it looks, or is this an issue I will need to contact the software company to work out? Thanks!
Thanks. Saw on here that you now offer DTF as well - what is the design wash durability of a shirt done that way? Also I seem to have lost the way to order sample color swatches on the shirts. I thought it was in an obvious place before, but now can't see to find it. Thanks again - going to check out Master Color now!
Hi! The print durability depends on how the garment with the print is taken care of, but if the product is handled according to the care instructions, the print should last a long time. 🙂 Regarding the color swatches, this option has been disabled for a while.

Hi! As our current max printing area for DTG and DTF prints doesn't exceed 12"x16", the All-Over print technique would be more suitable for large prints! 😉

What should I do if I want the print area to be larger than 12”x16”?
