I can't get enough of these! Thanks for posting this! Those V-12 engines are a sight to behold. In the episode, "the City on the Edge Of Forever," you will notice that the exteriors are filmed on the same set as "The Andy Griffith Show." As Kirk and "Edith Keeler" (33-year-old Joan Collins) are walking down the street, they pass a darkened store front with "Floyd's Barber Shop" clearly visible on the window. In "Assignment Earth," Oscar-nominated Teri Garr was 23 years old. She passed away yesterday (10/29/24) at the age of 79.

All the early 30s Cadillacs were formerly under contract to Desilu for The Untouchables. Kirk drives Al Capone and Frank Nitty's V12 Cadillac Phaeton. Beautiful automobile.

Amazing how one book can show in detail everything that happened in 1920s Chicago including operation manuals of all the classic cars and what they look like and how to build them down to the specific colors codes of each vehicle.
3:25 That is the set of Andy Griffith. The odd shaped building near where they are standing where the car is parked is the drug store and off to the left of the screen, you can see the two pillars in front of the courthouse. City on the edge of forever was also filmed on this set.

Just to nitpick, Gary Seven was not a "humanoid alien", but an actual human raised and trained on an alien planet.
