Minimum of 100 ml should be removed then weed membrane then 60ml of compacted stone then sand compacted and screeded then top membrane then the grass Never let the joint roll together or the edges will be covered in adhesive
overkill mate. depending on draining issues there is no need what so ever for that amount of stone under your grass. total bullshit. we are hitting them with 40mm granno. fitted hundreds of mtrs across the country....no issues whatsoever

@KenDroid66 They did say to fill larger "valleys" with larger rocks... I guess they're figuring that if the underlying soil is level, one doesn't need the rocks. The main purpose of the rocks is for drainage, right?

40 mm of granno just creates a hard sub base that leaves no give and creates a very hard surface and we fit around 100 metres weekly
