      You can laugh or react any way you want. That is your prerogative. It's my choice to wear it, not your business.

    Yes hydration and hand washing are vital but do other things as well.
    Cutting out sugar is the best way to support your immune system, reduce pain and inflammation.
    Once I got into the mindset that sugar is poisonous to our bodies, my healthy choices for my diet have improved greatly.
    Daily salt water nasal rinsing is so important.
    Garlic-raw and crushed and let stand 10-12 minutes-mix with rice or soup or mashed potatoes.
    Take plenty of vit d3. Exercise. Avoid alcohol. Eat lots veggies and oatmeal.
