Evidence-based guidelines and professional recommendations about vaccination should prevail, period. Its a strange time we live in where we accept less. Thanks for all the immunity tips! I need to work on improving my sleep and eating more veggies :)
The strange part is people not understanding the fundamentals of how vaccines work. They aid in protecting the person that gets the vaccine. You can be in a room of 100 people and be the only one with a vaccine or you can be in another room with 100 people and everyone is vaccinated. Your immunity would be the same either way. How it bothers people if others are or aren't boggles the mind as it doesnt effect them any differently. It's easy to suggest otherwise when the potential for profit in the billions are on the table. To not assume prefrences don't become skewed for these "evidence based guidelines" is nieve at best. Moderna stocks went from $19.40 usd in 2019 to $450.38 usd in 2021. Moderna made $206 mill in 2019 Moderna made $18 billion in 2021 An 8,800% increase in revenue... I could list the other companies but I think you get the idea.
Both sides are to blame for this, while there are vaccine sceptics on one side then there is other side which wants to accept anything with no discussion.
Here’s one that is often overlooked: Go out of your way to be kind to others. Humans are ultrasocial creatures, and I’m pretty sure that being kind to one another helps keep us healthy. So if you’re in a long line at the grocery store, smile and tell the little old lady she can go ahead of you.
To all those old people out there if you are retired consider shopping during quiet times, if you aren't retired then consider retiring soon and give a young person a job, try to be kinder to young people, they are the future...
Exercise does these things (and more): 1. releases endorphins = 😊 mood improves 2. Lymph is moved more rapidly round the body through the contraction of the muscles = nasties get dealt with by the lymph nodes more rapidly. P.s. video's fine. No probs with info. Funny about the getting riled up bit! And also funny that I'm on holidays and developed a cold... 7 days after being on leave, mind you. Not sure of cause. Haven't had one for more than a year, which is very unusual for me! I was beginning to miss taking time off work!😂 ❤
Very helpful reminder of staying healthy and boosting immunity. Travelling, leaving home and shopping are potential sources of exposure to more infections, why do I and my bank balance feel sick after a shopping trip with my partner? Avoid using cash - use non contact methods of payment. Even better don’t go shopping!
This is a good reminder video. We all need a refresher course from time to time. I've always had a bionic immune system. My body attacks whatever is coming before I even know what it was. I eat a pretty well balanced diet and drink a nutrition drink (Boost) every day which has 27 vitamins and minerals and 20 grams of protein. I hydrate a lot, mostly in the morning and usually get 7-9 hrs of sleep. I started drinking the nutrition drink after my double hip replacement because my surgeon recommended it. I'm a senior and I think we need to take the initiative to get our vitamins and minerals even more so than when we were younger. I exercise every day. I do not get vaccines. I'm not an ant-vaxer. I get negative reactions from injections. I'm not afraid of needles, so it's not anxiety. I get a vagal reaction and pass out. During the pandemic, I isolated for 3 1/2 yrs and did not go into any stores, and did not have anyone come into my house, not even family. It worked well. As always, loved the humor in the video.
This video really motivates me to work on my immunity. I was sick multiple times this year and think a weak immune system contributed to getting sick. #HappyHealthyNewYear!
Currently trying to lift my immunity since having my gallbladder out in late Sept. Got sick mid Nov with a really bad viral infection and can't shake it (now at laryngitis/pharyngitis stage). Already on a number of your suggestions for what the epilepsy meds do to my system.
Great vidoe & totally agree👍 I've made a conscious effort to eat the rainbow 🌈 along with daily exercise. I aim for 5 cups of veggies, good amount of protein & carbs that work for me. No food group is resticted. It's made a huge impact for the better in my health. Now, if I can only get more than 6hrs of sleep a night I'd be rock'in!!!
It's not political for sincere doctors to share their professional knowledge of vaccinations. In fact we need more doctors to talk about vaccinations. I'd rather people get information about vaccinations from a doctor than from Joe Rogan and Aaron Rodgers.
I haven't had a flu/cold since Dec.2010. How is that possible? I went plant-based (90/10%), initiated sleep hygiene (which I had taught to my psych patients), and became a dedicated germ phobe - carrying my pen to sign things, not touching public surfaces without a barrier (long-sleeves are great for opening doors) or immediately performing hand sanitizing, and made a concerted effort to avoid touching my face. Had already been taking D3 during the winter and a multivitamin, and have always been great at stress management. Hopefully, others will heed your advice and stay healthy this winter. As always, thank you for a wonderful video. Love you guys 😘
Good to know Stephanie that someone else takes this seriously. I press streetlight with my elbow or knuckles. I take vitamin D and still mask. I wash my hands frequently as my 🐇requires it (delicate system) every time she eats..and she does so several x a day! I keep up with my boosts. And take vitamin d, dance an hour a week and long walks 2x a week.
@@angelad.8944I haven't had a cold since Feb. 6, 2020 because I still mask indoors, wash my hands several x a day (got a 🐇and have to each time she eats..and she eats several x a day), I dance an hour a week and take long walks a couple x a week, do not smoke or drink.
