I've upped both of your thumbs. Some may disagree, but any knowledge of Rudi's sample sources is good knowledge in my book. If he sampled Herr Freisler, it must have a reason other than to "sound cool". That aside, opinions are allowed, and I agree with yours.
In the Aliens Driectors Cut you can see a new added scene where the logo appears

Yeah, Evoke was IMHO a complete disaster. Boeses Junges Fleisch wasn't exactly to my liking, although the Totmacher remixes had some outstanding work on them (Notstandskommitee and Jugend Staat amongst them. Where are they now???). I thought Wreath of Barbs was OK, but he needs to return to the glory days of MFAST (I needs me some more Soylent).
Schabinger Lump to my knowledge has no meaning in German, nor any other language I know (Polish, Russian, Czech, and a few other Warsaw Pact languages). It wouldn't be the first time he's based a song on an unknown either, "Churist Churist" is a prime example.
Then again, I could be wrong. I know proper German, and there's a lot of slang that goes unaccounted for.

Phew ... that "schäbiger Lump"-sample is definitely hardcore ... spoken by Nazi-"judge" Roland Freisler. While the sample certainly is powerful ... the song itself seems pretty generic and not exactly exciting.
