This drift karts gonna blow up BIG TIME! It's funny to think of no one really develop them base on go kart format, it's no brainer and it works. So pumped to this guys making their debut in Larry's channel, that's gonna help propel their company. Hopefully more funding for them to develop even better drift karts. And I can see the future having sanctioned championships going on! What a time to be alive and watch this happening 🎉🎉
The reuse of old sur-ron motors is brilliant! No need to worry about stalling them when using the "E-brake" so when are we gonna see a kart drifting event, I would hella tune in on espn 8 "The Ocho". Also, those things could be terrifying if you threw an electro and co motor/battery at them.
i can not afford fast cars. so i just bought a $2500 600cc bike that can do 0-60 in 3.3 sec.... i can not afford drift cars, ill just get something like this LOL
After riding one of these my rc drift track wants to add these as an attraction. We're in michigan and theirs a local go cart track in jackson who is totally on board. The biggest hurtle is the initial cost. We'd need 5.
Building similar set up but with a shopping cart. Hes under estimated the potential of the predators. Lol you can get them over 20+hp. I personally run a Tillotson. Mild build pushing 18hp. On my chopper I got it to about 70 before the death wobble got too intense. Thing still had more top end to get through too. Waiting to see what this cart does when its done
My only concern is the amount of shredded plastic pipe that is getting into the environment. Being in construction for 40 years I do my best to keep plastic waist out of the environment.
So you will need to buy something else 🤔 Just a little research later, the price is fine. As he is running a business and did research and development, it's fair
I'm probably wrong but a quick Google search states 11kW = 14.7HP That's more than twice that Harbor Freight gas engine, & he said it last longer too #TakeMyMoney
Yes, this is correct. with our bigger battery the electric motor can do 11kw. At the time of this video film, our larger battery wasn't out yet so most of the electric kart in this video were running at about 5-6kw. Making the gas & electric kart pretty even.
@@philihc yes, electric motor has instant torque however we had to tune the tq down at low rpm because it would lose too much traction getting off the line at 0mph. Overall electric motor controller has more tuning ability. Whole gas engine just keeps it simple without any electronics / just get in and drive
I mean. For the price of a new R/C car. You could buy one of those. But where could you drive it? Let’s talk about a big flat parking lot to do this. Don’t spin out!!!
I don't wanna ruin the fun but these wings seem incredibly dangerous for other drivers. Like you're going to seriously injure someone if you back into them
This guy is the real deal! Super honest and transparent! Cool idea, I want one.

These are so sick. Ive been looking at them for a while. A little expensive, but for all the components it comes with, it makes sense.
Very cheap for motor sport though
Just make your own this thing isnt near that price if you were to built it yourself
Man those look SO FUN! And all the development going into it is legit af!
11:15 use yoga mat type, closed cell foam, pads on the seat for grip and comfort
Those heavy-duty kneeling pads would be really good for the tailbone and ass comfort
@ yep same material as the yoga mat
That's awesome! I wish I had a place to drive that!
...and store it 😂
these things are so cool

This is literally just full size Mario Kart. And I must try it.
This looks so fun.
TAKE MY MONEY! NOW!
Cool part is the plastic tube's are used on real cars!
Best commercial ever where do I sign up so you guys can take my money😂
I Bought one and loving it
Dang that looks like fun!

Now someone go 3D print some jdm bodies in 1:2 scale
We are developing body kits for Battle Aero Drift Karts now now
Right that would be sick
@@BattleAero subbed ! I’m hyped 🤘🏽
@@BattleAero what… I can finally get the drift an affordable S2K 😂
Sold.
Wow Those Go Karts are so cool wow I need one

Love the way guys park there, anywhere they want😳🙄
Larry there's group of PVC drift kart in Poland u might check it out
I thought go karts are always RWD
Most are front wheel drive 😂
@@ChevyCamaroIsBetter no they arnt
Most "drift-style" karts are fed and use swivel castors on the rear to simulate slip angle.
they are
I need one of these to tandem with my 5yo new drift kart. 😂
Honestly his prices are really good on these things too! I would be so down to get one!
A go kart with reverse, it took us this long to get there lol
Need to make one with a 250cc two stroke. Would be mental!
Now I am jealous
I would try to find a body for them.
body kit for drift kart are in development
So cool!
4K? Damn I need to start making karts
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Is the stretched-on tire on the wide front wheel there like that for any reason? Looks a bit “hellaflush” 🥴
they prolly only bought one size of wheel but 2 sizes of tire
just needs a suspension seat
I really like this kind of go kart... If i have it i will gonna drift all day to delivering tofu to a hotel 😂😂😂

How long does it take to charge? It’s a nice kart by the way.
All I can afford
So dope

Man the interviewers like so are these wheels? Yeah those are the wheels. And this is the seat? Yeah it’s a seat.
11kw is 14.75hp
Yes! with the bigger battery the motor can make 11kw. Our smaller motor & battery does 5kw
Damn , price isnt bad . My built OD Galm drift RC costs more 😂
I want one, please
Since we can't get kei cars to PVC drift here cheap here this is the next best thing.
Even better, since it's RWD!
@@jameshaulenbeek5931 So are the kei trucks we used to use but they have gone up in price quite a lot in recent years.
I wouldn't call $2000-$4000 affordable...
I didn't know electric go carts had a gas pedal.
11:20 don't put grip tape you'll rip your pants. Put down some foam mat instead, like for shop floors
Definitely not worth 4k though.
Maybe like 1,400 max.
So you will need to buy something else 🤔
Just a little research later, the price is fine.

I prefer fwd drift carts, personally... 🤭🤦♂️

There is not $4K in materials there lol
Yeah, you work for free?
its prolly like 1K in the carbon steering wheel, 1K in everything else, 1K in labor, 1K in profit
Looks pretty fruity
People still use that word? What year is it?
I don't wanna ruin the fun but these wings seem incredibly dangerous for other drivers. Like you're going to seriously injure someone if you back into them
I think you'd be more in danger getting hit by another car while you're riding one of these than vice versa
There’s not reverse gear + don’t be pusee
@notaboutit3565 they are drifting and can spin out + don't be an idiot
