Here is my experience. If it’s a ground floor condo or townhouse in Phoenix, it’s gonna have roaches. Plus with the old school vaulted ceilings the electric bill is gonna be the same as a 1 story house with more sq ft.
Nice place even with the roaches. Seems you can’t avoid those in the valley. Ok price for what you get. You are awesome and I enjoy your videos. My husband and I even went to Jerome to visit after we saw how much fun you and your fam had their. And yes the ribs were tasty and the cornbread was fire. Thanks for ALL you do!❤️

Moved out here this January renting a 3 bed 2 bath garage covered patio outback and my owners room has a patio as well all new kitchen baths tiles all over large laundry rm. nice area Peoria for 2000 a month+ Utilities. Anyone that wants to move here can there are so many jobs!

This joint is nice, bringing the family out to visit another family or friends and first wanna look at some land and once im done with the lease in MN , purchase a home in AZ. May not all go as quickly or exactly how I would insist it should lol just know I have a plan and that's where it truly begins, but haven't seen you tour those streets in while so great video
Yes! You can do it I just did. Been down here fir 3 mos from West St. Paul MN. I bought land and kept visiting and had to move it's too nice. Hit me up if you need to know the best place to stay when you get here.

I brought my house in Enterprise Vegas in January 2019. Honest to God, I’ve not seen ONE insect inside my home (except a big azzz fly that I quickly trapped in a bedroom and sprayed him to death! lol) When I was looking my realtor warned me of scorpions but closest I’ve seen to that is a gecko. 😂

That's a pretty nice townhouse. I would personally use the loft as office space. The space below ought to be the breakfast nook and the living area. Wow. Phoenix has really increased in rental prices. But, I think that is pretty reasonable for what you get. I would have liked to see the outdoor space more. And, was there an attached car garage too? That would be nice to see also.
Umm Positive note you won’t be homeless But the layout is very odd and the bedrooms were the best pro for this apartment as a two bedroom great location and video. 👌🏽
This townhouse is nice. Its definitely for a youthful couple/family cuz of those steep narrow steps. Me & My husbands knees,backs & hips would start a protest if we moved there😂. The only weird thing is there really no livingroom area. That loft is too small & aint nobody tryna go up & down ladder-like steps to entertain guests 🤷🏽♀️

Thanks for the video Sup but that place is something I expect in the hood. The property did a face lift by adding brick to the outside. When you walked inside, it was a major DISAPPOINTMENT. I lived in places like that as a college student which was in the hood that surrounded the University.
Love 💕 that kitchen. Look 😮at the size of that cockroach! Anyway I have enough dishes, serve ware, and glasses for that kitchen. Those bedrooms are nice .

As being a single mom, kids are grown and married and having 6 beautiful grands I would fit perfectly in this townhome! Perfect amount of cabinets as I have enough dish ware, appliances etc! I also have a lot of potted plants pictures & lots of kitchen gadgets that would fit nicely above the cabinets 🥰I would love to move in here🙏🏾
The house is amazing… I won’t necessarily go for it because I have 4 babies from 7 to 4 months and I would always get anxiety with the stairs thinking that someone might fall , besides that amazing house , we’re planning on moving to Az and still looking for a nice place

I don't know how i feel about the set up of the room without the bathroom attached. Really only 1 way to set up the bed to have enough space for your dresser. The room with the bathroom attached was a decent size. For a 2BD/2BA townhouse, you sure do get a LOT of kitchen. With the right set up you could go without a kitchenette and mount your TV to the wall where that blank wall was. Loft area is nice but I wouldn't know how to use it. using it as a living room seems odd since you would have have to go UP stairs just to watch TV and if you use it as an office space, in the summer you'd definitely get hot easy. You could probably put a futon up there and use it as a reading/chill space in the event you have any guests staying over. I'm curious to see what the rental price was for this place was before the pandemic; I bet it was probably close to $1400 a month. Always good to see ya back makin' video man!
Honestly the kitchen area where the entertainment goes I would’ve just use the other room as a living room since the bathroom is across there. And have a kitchen table there in that area.

The “dead” bugs, no sunlight in the kitchen. Not a good setup. Don’t look like a place to call home. The best thing was the Orange tree.
