That really is a cute little place, just the right size for me too. And being older, I like how everything is close. But $1210/month puts me out for the count. It's a shame that we go looking for something cheaper when our places have gone through the roof but there's only a small window of time to get in before landlords in those areas start seeing everyone coming in start taking advantage of people and jacking up their rents. Sad.

This little apartment is cute. The price though, absolutely not. In 2019 that unit wld have been abt $700-$800. We haven now turned into baby-california with these prices😫😓

Howdy, Big Super! Cute little apartment, just perfect for one or possibly two. $1210 a month seems a lot for a place with no washer/dryer in it, but the location of 16th St. & Camelback Road is everything: close to restaurants, Trader Joe's, movies, Best Buy, Fry's Groceries, PetSmart, fast food and the 51. Would've liked to have seen the pool and the laundry room. Thanks for this!

It's amazing what they charge for rent. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath in North Phoenix that I pay less for than that little place! It's an older apartment complex (30 years), but it has two laundry rooms, two pools, a fitness center, covered parking, and is 20 minutes from everywhere! Every time I think I may want to move, I watch your pricing videos, and say "nope"! Great seeing you again!

I live up the street in northern and my studio is 1089 (w/ tax) and it includes all utilities- including electric and it has a washer and dryer!

I was there about 40 years ago, my youngest son was born there at the Air force hospital. We were in Glendale My husband at the time was sent there and it was beautiful. When we had to leave and go back to crappy Ohio, I litterally cried. Cause I knew I'd probably never go back. Well maybe I will go back! 🥰😍

My family moved there in the 60’s when I was 11 yrs old. Lived in Maryvale first then South Mountain. It was beautiful but a big change from NY.We moved back to NYS in 1976. My oldest was born there too. I TOO am tired of these winters and would like to be there during the winter months,but not the summer. 😊

If you find other apartments like this please make videos on them! It is so hard to find decent places at decent prices right now! I am really struggling, it’s not wonder people are homeless even working full time at minimum wage.

Hi Big Super! I hope you continue to see the doctor about your BP. Don’t be against medication to control it. Dr. might have to try several until the one that works best is found. I heard your mother telling you about the family history of ^ BP . Get a home BP monitor and check it regularly. Again, don’t reject medications.

As soon as I saw the outside I knew it was the tides. They have bought up a lot of the apartments in the valley. I’m in Tempe. They all have that wood outside. I guess it’s their signature. I want to rent home. Please show more of those. Thanks

The Phoenix Apt that you Showed, 541 Square feet, it's Tiny but real Cute. If you have Company coming over, and they have to go into the Bedroom to get to the Bathroom is a Bummer, but it's is what it is. I Believe you said that Apt is $1210.00, but Everything had gone through the Roof. Gas Prices is $4.69 a Gallon , Seems like the Wages cannot keep up with the Cost of LIVING anymore. That small spot is definitely not worth $1200 whatsoever. 500square feet is tiny. It looks nice the way they designed it but anything more than $1000 is a ripoff. I wouldn’t even pay $1000 and that’s being generous.

Ha ha! I almost moved here, but I didn't. And I'm glad. This same management company has a complex 10 minutes away, washer and dryer, gated community and It was just 40 bucks more. I would suggest to keep looking around a lil bit before moving to this complex.

Probably the best apartment I’ve seen on your channel. The fence around the front with fake grass cute. I don’t know about animals using the grass for the potty. But, super cute. I. My perception it’s probably worth the money. I’m not moving though. Granddaughter is kicking it in high gear in school. And my mortgage is only 200$ more then the apartment. The super cute apartment.
